An X-ray inspection apparatus includes a stage that moves an inspection object, an X-ray source, and/or an X-ray camera by driving a motor, a position detection unit that periodically obtains a position detection value of the motor, and stores the value in association with time, an imaging timing obtaining unit that stores an imaging timing at which imaging is performed by the X-ray camera in association with time, an imaging position calculation unit that calculates relative positions of the inspection object, and the X-ray source and the X-ray camera corresponding to the imaging timing using the position detection value of the motor at the imaging timing, and a reconstruction unit that performs reconstruction using image data captured by the X-ray camera and the relative positions in the image data at the imaging timing.

X-ray inspection apparatus and X-ray inspection method

An inspection apparatus includes a feed-in preparation chamber, an imaging chamber, and a feed-out preparation chamber. Each preparation chamber includes a feed-in unit that receives an inspection object through a first opening, a traverser that translates the received object to a second opening in a direction different from the receiving direction of the object, and a feed-out unit that moves the object in a direction different from a moving direction of the traverser and discharges the object through the second opening. The imaging chamber includes an imaging unit that images the object fed from the feed-in preparation chamber. The traverser includes a mount for the object, and a shield that moves together with the mount and prevents radioactive rays entering one of the first and second openings and propagating in the moving direction of the traverser from reaching the other opening.

An X-ray inspection apparatus includes a 3D processing unit that performs 3D imaging of a first area in an inspection area, a 2D processing unit that performs 2D imaging of a second area in the inspection area, an extraction unit that extracts 3D information for a first inspection target from a 3D image of the first area, and 2D information for a second inspection target from a 2D image of the second area, a 3D information estimation unit that estimates 3D information for the second inspection target using the extracted 3D information for the first inspection target, and an inspection unit that inspects the second inspection target using the 2D information for the second inspection target and the estimated 3D information for the second inspection target.

X-ray inspection apparatus and control method

An image forming apparatus includes an image forming section, a paper supply section, a housing member and an ion generating unit. The housing member is disposed at least below the image forming section, and gives the same shape in plane view as the image forming section and the paper supply section. The ion generating unit is contained in the housing member. The ion generating unit includes a duct forming a pathway of flow to guide the air that is sucked in from outside of the housing member again to outside of the housing member, an ion generating device disposed inside the duct, and a fan for generating an air current in the duct.

An image forming apparatus includes an image forming section, a paper supply section, a housing member and an ion generating unit. The housing member is disposed at least below the image forming section, and has the same shape in plane view as the image forming section and the paper supply section. The ion generating unit is contained in the housing member. The ion generating unit includes a duct forming a pathway that guides a flow of air that is sucked in from outside of the housing member, and that is discharged back outside of the housing member. An ion generating device is disposed inside the duct, along with a fan for generating an air current in the duct.

An X-ray inspecting apparatus capable of high-speed inspection of a prescribed inspection area of an object of inspection is provided. The X-ray inspecting apparatus includes: a scanning X-ray source for outputting X-ray; an X-ray detector driving unit on which a plurality of X-ray detectors are mounted, and capable of driving the plurality of X-ray detectors independently; and an image acquisition control mechanism controlling acquisition of image data by X-ray detector driving unit and X-ray detectors. A scanning X-ray source emits X-ray while moving the X-ray focal point of the X-ray source to each of X-ray emission originating positions set for each X-ray detector such that the X-ray passes through a prescribed inspection area of an object of inspection and enters each X-ray detector. Image pick-up by some of the X-ray detectors and movement of other X-ray detectors to an image pick-up position are executed in parallel and alternately. An image acquisition control unit acquires the image data picked-up by X-ray detectors, and a computing unit reconstructs an image in the inspection area based on the image data.

X-ray inspecting apparatus and X-ray inspecting method

An X-ray inspection apparatus includes a scanning X-ray source for emitting an X-ray, an X-ray detector drive unit having a plurality of X-ray detectors mounted thereon and being capable of independently driving the plurality of X-ray detectors, and an image acquisition control mechanism for controlling the X-ray detector drive unit and acquisition of image data from the X-ray detectors. The scanning X-ray source emits an X-ray by moving an X-ray focal point position of the X-ray source to each of originating point positions of X-ray emission, which are set for the X-ray detectors such that X-rays are transmitted through a plurality of prescribed inspection areas of an inspection object and enter the X-ray detectors. Image pickup by the X-ray detector and movement of another X-ray detector are concurrently performed in an alternate manner. The image acquisition control mechanism acquires image data, and an operation unit reconstructs an image.

The present invention provides a fixing device for fixing a toner image formed on paper by sandwiching the paper in a nip region between a heating roller and a pressing roller and pressing the paper while heating the paper to a fixing temperature. This fixing device includes a cleaning roller that is in contact with the pressing roller, and temperature control means that sets a temperature of the heating roller to a cleaning temperature that is higher than the fixing temperature.

A gear mechanism is arranged in such a manner that, a driven gear, which is detachable with respect to a first rotating shaft around which the driven gear rotates, is moved in a fitting direction along the axis of the first rotating shaft, so as to be fit with the first rotating shaft, and consequently the driven gear engages with a driving gear that has been positioned. In this gear mechanism, when the driven gear is moved in the fitting direction and the driven gear and the driving gear are about to engage with each other, the driven gear and the first rotating shaft are arranged so as to separate from each other in a direction perpendicular to the fitting direction.

When the manual feeder and developer collecting container is attached to the copier body, there is a space which is formed by translating the developer collecting container in the attaching direction (the B-direction) of the developer collecting container, between the developer collecting container and the rear frame. The manual feeder is attached so that part of the manual feeder is disposed in this space. The attached developer collecting container, is arranged out side of a space which is the paths of the manual feeder for movement in the X-direction and in the Y-direction. The attached manual feeder is disposed outside the space which is the path of the developer collecting container. A lever as a shifting element of shifting a pickup feeding element between active and inactive positions resides in a space defined by translating the mid area across the full sheet width of the acceptable maximum size, in the direction of the sheet thickness. The space of the path of the pickup feeding element for movement between the active and inactive positions, is arranged so as to be in contact with the two planes normal to the direction of the sheet thickness, and the lever resides within this space. This lever is extended to a space defined by translating a boundary area of the full sheet width of the acceptable maximum size in the direction of the sheet thickness so that the extended portion is coupled to a pickup solenoid as the movement drive source for the pickup feeder.
