A photosensitive lithographic printing plate having a photosensitive resin layer formed on an aluminum substrate subjected to electrolytic surface roughening in nitric acid or in an electrolyte composed mainly of nitric acid and further to anodic oxidation treatment, wherein the photosensitive resin layer is made of a photopolymerizable composition comprising (A) an addition-polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing monomer, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, and (C) a polymer binder, wherein the addition-polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing monomer (A) contains a phosphate compound having at least one (meth)acryloyl group.

Photosensitive lithographic printing plate

A photosensitive composition comprising (1) a compound having at least one addition-polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated double bond, (2) an acidic vinyl copolymer soluble or swellable in alkaline water, which contains, in its molecule, a vinyl monomer having an aromatic hydroxyl group, as a constituting unit, (3) a photopolymerization initiator, and (4) a diazo resin, wherein the diazo resin is a copolycondensed compound which contains, in its molecule, an aromatic compound having a carboxyl group and/or a hydroxyl group, and an aromatic diazonium compound, as constituting units.

Photosensitive composition

A photopolymerizable composition for a photosensitive lithographic printing plate, comprising (A) addition-polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing monomers, (B) a photopolymerization initiator system and (C) a polymer binder having carboxyl groups in its molecule, wherein the addition-polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing monomers (A) contain a specific monomer which is a phosphoric acid ester compound (A-1) having at least one (meth)acryloyl group and/or a compound (A-2) of the following formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, X is a C.sub.1-6 alkylene group which may be branched and may be substituted by halogen, and m is an integer of at least 2, and the polymer binder (C) having carboxyl groups in its molecule, is a compound having at least a part of the carboxyl groups reacted with an alicyclic epoxy group-containing unsaturated compound.

Photopolymerizable composition for a photosensitive lithographic

An unsaturated group-containing urethane compound of the following formula (I): ##STR1## wherein X is a C.sub.1-20 alkylene group which may be branched, and R.sup.1 is a group of the following structural formula (A) or (B): ##STR2## wherein each of R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 which are independent of each other, is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and Y is a C.sub.1-6 alkylene group which may be branched.

Disclosed is a light-sensitive composition which comprises (A) a diazo resin and (B) an alkali-soluble and swellable polymer compound, said polymer compound being a vinyl copolymer containing, as a constitutional unit, 0.1 to 10 mole % of a structure derived from an ester of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid having an alkyl group with 8 or more carbon atoms.
