The present invention provides a curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, including a reactive polyacrylate, a liquid epoxy resin, a solid epoxy resin, a hydroxyl-containing compound, and a photoinitiator of specific contents. The curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition may further include an epoxy silane coupling agent of a specific content. In addition, the present invention further provides a curable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and a battery pack including the curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. The curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and the curable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape provided by the present invention have at least good bonding strength and good anti-warping performance, and can improve the stability and safety of battery packs.

The present application discloses a capacitor integrated in a FinFET. The capacitor and a resistor are both integrated in a middle-end-of-line process layer. A resistor main body layer and a resistor cover layer of the resistor and the forming regions of the intermediate dielectric layer and the lower electrode plate of the capacitor are patterned in a lithography process applying a first photomask; a forming region of an upper electrode plate is patterned in another lithography process applying a second photomask; the lower electrode plate, the upper electrode plate and the resistor main body layer are respectively connected with a metal zeroth layer. The present application further discloses a method for fabricating a capacitor integrated in a FinFET device. The disclosed method can reduce the process cost and improve the process efficiency, as well as flexibly select the capacitance of the capacitor by the process.

The invention provides a frameless photo-energy assembly including a photo-energy converter, wherein an edge of the photo-energy converter is sealed by an adhesive tape, comprising an adhering layer for adhesion and cushioning; and an aging-resistant protective layer. The adhering layer is used to contact the edge of an article and comprises: a substrate layer; optionally, a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer situated at both sides of the substrate layer oppositely, wherein the first adhesive layer being used to be contact with the article. The aging-resistant protective layer is situated on the adhering layer, which comprises: an optional primer layer, which is situated on the adhering layer; and a film layer, which is situated on either the primer layer or the substrate or the second adhesive layer. The present application is directed to a method of making an article. The method comprises coating a composition to a surface of a substrate. The coating composition comprises an aqueous continuous liquid phase, a silica nano-particle dispersed in the aqueous continuous liquid phase, and a polymer latex dispersion.
