An espresso brewing head unit comprises a potshaped coffee receptacle in which a filter plate with coffee discharge openings is provided. A lateral wall of the coffee receptacle and the filter plate define the filling volume of the coffee receptacle so that portioning is substantially predetermined. For varying the filling volume, the filter plate is additionally arranged such that it is displaceable relative to the lateral wall of the coffee receptacle.

The present invention relates to an espresso brewing-head unit comprising locking member for detachable attachment to a brewing unit of an espresso machine. A filter for an espresso machine is meant to be improved in a general manner. To this end, the espresso brewing-head unit comprises a pot-shaped coffee receiving container consisting of a plastic material, whose bottom is provided with a filter plate having coffee exit openings and whose upper edge portion in the side wall has firmly embedded therein a substantially surrounding reinforcement ring of a stable material, preferably metal, the reinforcement ring comprising attachment portions which are part of the locking member.

The invention relates to an assembly kit for a filter coffee maker as an attachment to an electrical espresso machine, which is adapted to make filter coffee of good taste in simple manner. According to the invention, this is achieved by an assembly kit for a filter coffee maker as an attachment to an electrical espresso machine which has a filter carrier adapted to be attached through a bayonet-type coupling and having a coffee chamber for receiving coffee powder, and which supplies hot water and/or steam through a pressure channel to the coffee chamber of the filter carrier, with the attachment being of two-part design, with a first part having a large-volume hot water chamber following the pressure channel for almost complete receipt of the water supplied via the pressure channel, with at least one through-opening being formed in the bottom of said first part, and furthermore with a second part being provided with the coffee chamber disposed underneath the hot water chamber for receipt of the coffee powder, with the bottom thereof being provided with a coffee filter.

Assembly kit for a filter coffee maker

A centrifuge cage for coffee centrifuges or juice extractors is in two parts. The top part or member can be moved axially relatively to the bottom part between a closed position, in which the centrifuge cage is sealing tight along the boundary zone on its periphery, the same having a mesh zone, and an open position, in which the filtered material can be hurled outwards from the centrifuge cage.
