Provided are antibody constructs comprising a first human binding domain capable of binding to human CDH19 on the surface of a target cell and a second domain capable of binding to human CD3 on the surface of a T cell. Also provided are nucleic acids encoding the antibody constructs, vectors comprising the nucleic acids, and host cells transformed or transfected with the vectors. Further provided are a process for the production of the antibody constructs, methods of using the antibody constructs and a kit comprising the antibody constructs.

Antibody constructs for CDH19 and CD3

The present invention relates to a bispecific antibody construct comprising a first binding domain which binds to human DLL3 on the surface of a target cell and a second binding domain which binds to human CD3 on the surface of a T cell. Moreover, the invention provides a polynucleotide encoding the antibody construct, a vector comprising the polynucleotide and a host cell transformed or transfected with the polynucleotide or vector. Furthermore, the invention provides a process for the production of the antibody construct of the invention, a medical use of the antibody construct and a kit comprising the antibody construct.

Antibody constructs for DLL3 and CD3

A bispecific antibody construct comprising a first human binding domain which binds to human CDH19 on the surface of a target cell and a second binding domain which binds to human CD3 on the surface of a T cell. A nucleic acid comprising a polynucleotide encoding the antibody construct, a vector comprising the nucleic acid comprising the polynucleotide and a host cell transformed or transfected with the nucleic acid comprising the polynucleotide or vector. A process for the production of the antibody construct, a medical use of the antibody construct in the treatment of melanoma, and a kit comprising the antibody construct.

The present invention relates to a bispecific single chain antibody molecule comprising a first binding domain capable of binding to an epitope of human and non-chimpanzee primate CD3 epsilon chain, wherein the epitope is part of an amino acid sequence comprised in the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs. 2, 4, 6, and 8, and a second binding domain capable of binding to prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). The invention also provides nucleic acids encoding said bispecific single chain antibody molecule as well as vectors and host cells and a process for its production. Cross-species-specific PSMAxCD3 bispecific single chain antibody

The present invention relates to a bispecific single chain antibody molecule comprising a first binding domain consisting of one antibody variable domain capable of binding to an epitope of the human and non-chimpanzee primate CD3 epsilon chain, wherein the epitope is part of an amino acid sequence comprised in the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs. 2, 4, 6, and 8, and a second binding domain capable of binding to an epitope of a human and a non-chimpanzee primate tumor target antigen.
