A hydraulic tensioning device for a chain drive, including tensioning piston, which is guided in a holder and which has locking grooves on the outer peripheral surface of the tensioning piston, and including a locking element, which has at least two annular sections and at least two radial extensions, wherein the locking element can be brought into engagement with one of the locking grooves by the at least two annular sections, and including a clamping stop and a sliding stop, which are axially spaced apart from each other. In order to simplify the design, the holder has at least two axial extensions, which extend in the axial direction between the clamping stop plane and the sliding stop plane. The at least two axial extensions and the tensioning piston do not enclose the at least two radial extensions.

Hydraulic tensioning device for a chain drive

A hydraulic tensioning device for a chain drive of an internal combustion engine, having a receptacle and having a tensioning piston which is guided in displaceable fashion in a cylindrical hollow space of the receptacle and which has a piston hollow space, wherein the piston hollow space together with the cylindrical hollow space of the receptacle forms a pressure chamber, and having a pressure relief valve unit arranged in the piston hollow space. The pressure relief valve unit is a preassembled structural unit and comprises a spring, a closing body and a valve seat and also a valve receptacle which surrounds the valve seat in a first subsection, wherein the valve receptacle forms an interference fit with the valve seat, and wherein the valve receptacle or the valve seat in a second subsection form an interference fit with the inner shell surface of the tensioning piston.

Tensioning device for a chain drive

A hydraulic tensioning device for a chain drive, having a tensioning piston which is guided in a holder and which, on its outer circumferential surface, has locking grooves, an inner guide which projects into a cavity of the piston, and a locking element which has at least two annular sections and at least two radial extensions, wherein the locking element can be placed in engagement by the at least two annular sections with one of the locking grooves, and having a clamping stop and a sliding stop which are axially spaced apart from one another. To simplify the structural design, the holder has at least two axial extensions which extend in an axial direction between the clamping stop plane and the sliding stop plane, wherein the at least two axial extensions and the tensioning piston do not enclose the at least two radial extensions.

A guide member, such as a guide rail or a tensioning rail, of a traction mechanism drive, for use on an internal combustion engine. The rail-like guide member, which is preferably manufactured from plastic, has at least one through opening into which a preferably metallic sleeve is inserted and which sleeve has a first end which, projecting out of the through opening, is arranged such that it can be brought into contact with an engine part. The first end of the sleeve has a larger circumference than a second end of the sleeve, which is opposite the first end.

A tensioning device for compensating for elongations of the traction mechanism, in particular a chain or a timing belt, of a power transmission drive, in particular on an internal combustion engine, having a tensioning mechanism, in particular a tensioning rail, a sliding shoe or tensioning arm having a tensioning roller. A tensioning element is disposed between a support surface on the tensioning mechanism and a support, in particular on the internal combustion engine, and the support surface on the tensioning mechanism is made of a material which has a high strength.

Tensioning rail for power transmission drives on internal combustion engines

A check valve includes a housing with an inlet opening and an outlet opening along with a cage-like insert disposed therein as a support for a spring element and for guiding a closing body which can be moved against the spring element and which can be moved between a first end position, in which the spring body lies in contact with a seat to form a seal, and a second end position, in which the valve is completely open. The closing body, which is constructed cylindrically and pot-like, is guided with its cylindrical casing surface at the cage-like insert and in contact with the seat with a flat outer surface.
