A contact center server obtains historical contact center data of a contact center by tracking contact center conditions. The contact center server trains, based on the historical contact center data, multiple modeling engines to generate agent demand data representing a number of agents working at a given time. The contact center server trains, based on the historical center contact center data and performance data of the multiple modeling engines, a combination engine to generate a combination of one or more modeling engines from the multiple modeling engines. The contact center server provides an output representing the trained combination engine and the multiple modeling engines.

Training modeling engines to predict contact center agent demand

Techniques are disclosed relating to a multi-agent search client. In an example method, a search agent application receives a query. The search agent application determines, using a search agent, one or more agents to each execute a portion of the query. The search agent application outputs, to a domain agent, a portion of the query. The search agent application determines, using the domain agent, an execution step based on the portion of the query and information about an executor. The executor generates instructions based on the execution step that are configured to generate a response to the execution step and outputs a command to execute the instructions. The executor then outputs, to the first domain agent, the response to the execution step. The search agent application outputs, using the search agent, a response to the query based on the response to the execution step.

Multi-agent search client

Systems and methods for building and updating a relationship graph based on online chat communication groups are provided. In an example, a computing device receives chat communication group user information which includes user-group records each indicating a user and a chat communication group joined by the user. The computing device builds a relationship graph for chat communication groups based on the chat communication group user information with nodes representing respective users, an edge connecting two nodes indicating that two users are in at least one common chat group, and the weight of the edge representing the number of common chat communication groups that the two users belong to. The device further generates graph updates based on chat user change records describing user changes occurred during a time period and transmits the graph updates to a remote computing device for updating the relationship graph and identifying relationship among the users.
