The present invention belongs to the technical field of chemical drugs, and specifically to a compound with a-glucosidase inhibitory activity and application thereof. 5-hydroxymethyl-8-methyl-2-(N-arylamino)-pyrano[2,3-c]pyridine-3-(N-aryl)-formamide series compound is provided, possessing a structure in General formula (I). Compared with compounds with anti-diabetes activity in general sense, the compound with the strong anti-diabetes activity of the present disclosure has the apparently more important application value.

Compound with α-glucosidase inhibitory activity and application thereof

A method for modifying a gliadin and an application thereof are provided. The method includes the following steps: dissolving the gliadin in a solvent to obtain gliadin solution; and adding a proline endoprotease to the gliadin solution for a reaction, and adjusting the pH value of solution to neutral according to a gradient, to obtain a modified gliadin. The modified gliadin obtained by the present invention may be uniformly dispersed in water, and may still maintain a uniform dispersion state in the water after high-temperature thermal sterilization and long-term storage, or even in the presence of sodium chloride, it has good thermal stability, salt resistance, and storage stability.

Method for modifying gliadin and application thereof

The method is specifically implemented by screening astrain with high-expression of a lac cluster gene and no enzymatic activity of β-fructosidase. A fly ash recycling gasification furnace includes a fly ash burner, an ash remover, a fly ash storage tank, a variable pressure lock hopper, a fly ash blending system, an exhaust filter, and a backflushing nitrogen buffer tank. The fly ash burner is located on an inner wall of a hearth of the gasification furnace. The ash remover has an inlet connected to an outlet of a waste boiler of the gasification furnace. The fly ash storage tank is connected to a pressurized nitrogen inlet pipe, and a bottom outlet of the ash remover. The variable pressure lock hopper is connected to the fly ash storage tank. The fly ash blending system is connected to the variable pressure lock hopper and the fly ash burner. The exhaust filter is connected to the storage tank, the lock hopper and the blending system. The buffer tank is connected to the exhaust filter.
