In a magnetic gear device and a rotating electrical machine according to the present disclosure, an intermediate cylindrical portion includes: magnetic-pole portions arranged in a circumferential direction; frame-shaped spacers penetrating in the radial direction, arranged in the circumferential direction alternately with the magnetic-pole portions, and each having two side-wall portions contacting with the adjacent magnetic-pole portions; end plates provided at both ends of the magnetic-pole portions and the spacers in an axial direction of a rotary shaft; and reinforcement portions placed inside the spacers while being pressed to inner surfaces of the side-wall portions in the circumferential direction, to apply forces in the circumferential direction to the adjacent magnetic-pole portions via the spacer.

A crack estimation device which accurately estimates a crack inside a structure is provided. The crack estimation device includes: a measurement unit which measures deformation of a measurement plane as a measurement plane deformation vector; a model generation unit which sets deformation of the measurement plane when a crack is generated in a crack generation plane, as a measurement plane estimated change vector for multiple types of crack candidates; and a crack state analysis unit which obtains a similarity between the measurement plane deformation vector and the measurement plane estimated change vector, normalizes the similarity, and estimates the crack generated in the crack generation plane from a result obtained by multiplying a vector of a state quantity indicating a state of the crack generation plane by the normalized similarity for each crack candidate, and adding together results of the multiplication for all the crack candidates.

The deformation calculation device includes: a deformation calculation unit which obtains a simply-calculated deformation of a measurement region by digital image correlation; a viewpoint change elimination unit which obtains a provisional deformation by subtracting, from the simply-calculated deformation, an apparent strain that is back-calculated on an assumption that there is no deformation in the measurement region; and a uniting unit which outputs, as a deformation of the measurement region from the first image-taking period to the second image-taking period, a deformation resulting from averaging the provisional deformations obtained by applying the deformation calculation unit and the viewpoint change elimination unit through sequential selection of different first images from the first image group and sequential selection of different second images from the second image group.

Inspection device for rotating electrical machines and method for inspecting rotating electrical machines

A rotating electric machine includes a stator and a rotor. An imaging device images a test target portion which is a part of the rotor, to generate image data of the test target portion, and transmits the generated image data to an image processing device. The image processing device generates strain change information representing change in the strain distribution in the test target portion by digital image correlation on the basis of the test image data generated by the imaging device. The state of the rotor is tested using the generated strain change information.

Inspection device for rotating electric machine and method of inspecting rotating electric machine

In a rotor of a rotating electric machine, a slot includes a winding insertion portion and a widened portion. A width dimension of the widened portion is larger than a width dimension of the winding insertion portion. A pair of step portions are formed on both sides of an end portion of the winding insertion portion on the widened portion side. A wedge member is spaced from and opposed to the pair of step portions. An insulation includes: an insulation main body arranged between a rotor winding and a damper bar; and an extended portion, which is arranged in at least a part of a space between the wedge member and the pair of step portions, and is configured to suppress movement of the damper bar in a circumferential direction of a rotor core.

Rotor of rotating electrical machine and repairing method therefor

A measurement device is configured to set an observation surface on a surface of a structure as a measurement surface to measure a change of the measurement surface as a measurement surface change vector. An estimator is configured to generate an estimation model based on a shape model obtained by modeling a shape of the structure. The estimator is configured to acquire a coefficient vector by solving a norm minimization problem by setting, as parameters, a measurement surface change vector and a part of the estimation model. The coefficient vector forms a sparse solution. The estimator is configured to estimate a change of a crack occurrence surface by determining a candidate surface, which is inside the structure and assumed to have a crack, as the crack occurrence surface, based on the coefficient vector and another part of the estimation model.

In a rotary electric machine, a rotor including a rotor shaft and a rotor main body provided to the rotor shaft. A baffle plate, which is fixed at a plurality of positions to an end portion of the rotor main body in the axial direction, and is configured to define an airflow passage for cooling gas. Further, the baffle plate is segmented into a plurality of baffle segments which are arrayed in a circumferential direction of the rotor. The baffle segments each include an overlapping portion which overlaps an adjacent baffle segment in an axial direction of the rotor.

A power generator for which assembly work can be performed under a state in which a separable body is separated from a first frame portion and a first partition plate portion when a stator is assembled inside a frame. Therefore, an end bell to be integrated with a second partition plate portion has a small diameter, and can be arranged close to a rotor. As a result, the end bell made of an insulating resin can be arranged only in a portion in which a flux-loss reduction effect is significant.
