Disclosed is an adhesive sheet having an adhesive layeron at least a part of one side or both sides of a base, characterized in that a protective layeris provided on at least a part of the surface of the adhesive layer. The adhesive layeris preferably an expandable adhesive layer, and the protective layeris preferably a hot-melt protective layer. The protective layermay contain a functional component such as an antistatic agent, a coloring agent, a hard coating agent, a lubricant, a heat dissipating material, a metal deactivator and an antioxidant. This adhesive sheet can protect an adhesion surface and does not cause blocking and skin disorders even if a release liner is not used, and is also excellent in various functions.

Adhesive sheet

In an embodiment, an adhesive sheet has an expandable adhesive layeron one side or both sides of a base, wherein the expandable adhesive layercontains an epoxy resin including a polyfunctional epoxy resin, a phenol resin as a curing agent, an imidazole-based compound as a curing catalyst, and a temperature-sensitive foaming agent. The adhesive sheet has properties in good balance, such as fast curability, heat resistance, and adhesiveness, and also excellent properties such as thermal conductivity attributed to a good filling property.

An insulating paper () is inserted into a slot () of a stator core () of a rotary electric machine and insulates between the stator core () and a stator coil () disposed in the slot (). An insulating member () comprises a sheet-shaped insulating base material (), and a first adhesive layer (A) which is provided on a first surface () of the insulating base material () and which is formed of an adhesive. The first adhesive layer (A) is provided with an exposed section () which extends in the axial direction of the stator core () and in which the insulating base material () is exposed from the adhesive.
