The semiconductor die includes a central region and a peripheral region surrounding the central region. The peripheral region includes a left-bottom corner region, a left-upper corner region, a right-upper corner region and a right-bottom corner region. The defect detection structure is formed in the peripheral region. The defect detection structure includes a first conduction loop in the left-bottom corner region, a second conduction loop in the right-bottom corner region, a third conduction loop in the left-bottom corner region and the left-upper corner region and a fourth conduction loop in the right-bottom corner region and the right-upper corner region. The input-output circuit is electrically connected to end nodes of the first conduction loop, the second conduction loop, the third conduction loop and the fourth conduction loop.

An image stabilizer includes a rotor including a lens assembly, and configured to move perpendicular to an optical axis of light passing through the lens assembly, and a suspension unit configured to support movement of the rotor and to prevent the rotor from moving non-perpendicular to the optical axis of the light passing through the lens assembly. Accordingly, the image stabilizer prevents variance of characteristics of a rotor in a low frequency band according to the position and distortion of phase characteristics in a high frequency band. Therefore, the image stabilizer has consistent operation characteristics regardless of the position, posture, and movement of a person using an image capture device containing the image stabilizer.

Disclosed relates to a structure of two-level n-gram inverted index and methods of building the same, processing queries and deriving the index that reduce the size of n-gram inverted index and improves the query performance by eliminating the redundancy of the position information that exists in the n-gram inverted index. The inverted index of the present invention comprises a back-end inverted index using subsequences extracted from documents as a term and a front-end inverted index using n-grams extracted from the subsequences as a term. The back-end inverted index uses the subsequences of a specific length extracted from the documents to be overlapped with each other by n&#x2212;1 (n: the length of n-gram) as a term and stores position information of the subsequences occurring in the documents in a posting list for the respective subsequences. The front-end inverted index uses the n-grams of a specific length extracted from the subsequences using a 1-sliding technique as a term and stores position information of the n-grams occurring in the subsequences in a posting list for the respective n-grams.

An error handling apparatus and method, and a computer-readable medium storing a computer program for executing the error handling method are provided. According to the method, in a case where a number of errors in object IP packets that are consecutively detected, each within a first predetermined time since a previous error detection, exceeds a maximum allowable number of errors, communication with a sending node of the erroneous IP packets during a second predetermined time is discontinued. Also, errors can be handled with reference to a cache unit including more than one entry identified by an address of a corresponding erroneous IP packet. Therefore, a network load of a receiving node can be reduced by not transmitting an internet control message protocol (ICMP) packet to a sending node where indiscriminate IP packet manipulations or denial of service (DoS) attacks are suspected during the second predetermined time.

A method for automatically linking index data with image data is disclosed. A first recording medium has both an index data base and first link data recorded thereon, and a second recording medium has both an image data base and second link data recorded thereon. The separate first link data which is not related to a search item, is added to each of record units of the index data base. The second link data is a label or a key chord which is connectively operated with the first link data. Accordingly, in the search system, the index list which is obtained by the search operation, is linked at a high rate with the image data which is recorded on the majority of recording media. Therefore, the minority of the first recording media having the index data base recorded thereon is linked automatically by the first and second link data with the majority of the second recording media having the image data base or a different form of data base recorded thereon so that the search operation is performed at a high rate. Also, when the search system is introduced into a network system, a separate linking software is not required.
