An automated runway loop including a u-shaped runway, wherein the runway is configured to support an aerial projectile with the runway having a discharging end and a receiving end. The runway has a support attached to the runway and to a motor capable of extending and retracting the runway along an axis. At least one sensor is positioned along the runway and configured to provide at least one output indicative of at least one parameter of the aerial projectile. A computer is connected to the sensors and the motor, the computer controlling energization of the motor based at least in part on an indicated parameter of the aerial projectile, where the energization of the motor causes the aerial projectile to be discharged from one end of the runway and to be received at the other end of the runway.

Systems and methods for flexible and extensible contact center routing are disclosed. Incoming communications are received at a contact center from one or more customers. A pairing score is determined for each agent capable of servicing the incoming communications for each of the one or more customers based on customer attributes and/or agent attributes that are adjustable and extensible. An incoming communication is routed from a customer to an agent having a highest pairing score with the customer. The incoming communication can be routed on a first communication channel and then switched over to a second communication channel. The first communication channel and second communication channel can be different types of communication channels.

Systems and methods for flexible and extensible contact center routing

A method of playing with a ball and a U-shaped conduit having a uniform circular cross-section throughout its length and having opposite open ends so that either open end can discharge or capture the ball. The method comprises: holding the conduit so that the open ends are upright and the ball is in the center of the conduit, starting the ball moving back and forth by moving the conduit sidewise, as the ball rolls inside the conduit, moving the conduit in the opposite direction creating momentum on the ball so that it will travel farther up the opposite side of the conduit, and repeating the above steps until the ball is released from the conduit through an open end. The method may be carried out by a single player who repeatedly releases and captures the ball or by multiple players who take turns capturing and releasing the ball.

Using hand-held amusement device

A hand-held amusement device comprising an aerial projectile and a U-shaped conduit having opposite open ends so that one open end can discharge the aerial projectile therefrom and the other open end can receive the aerial projectile therein. Proper manipulation of the U-shaped curved conduit in a clockwise/counterclockwise movement by a player will keep the aerial projectile in a continuous play mode.
