A payer initiates a payment transaction of a certain dollar amount through a user interface provided by their bank. The bank generates a hyperlink associated with the payment transaction. By managing a state of the transaction, the hyperlink can be given an expiration time and/or a counter of visits. The hyperlink is sent to a payment recipient in a text message or email, either by the payer or by the bank. Upon following the hyperlink, the recipient can enter their own debit card information to receive the money transfer to their debit account, without the need to set up an account login or account. A notification mechanism, such as a broadcast stream of payments, can be employed to inform different entities (such as those recording property payments or utilities payments) that a payment was made to the payment recipient.

Dynamic generation of digital messages with unique links for direct to merchant payments

The disclosure describes embodiments of systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable storage media that enable network transactions between user accounts belonging to different network transaction platforms and unify user account modifications across user accounts on different network transaction platforms. For instance, the disclosed systems can cause two or more network transaction platforms to transmit and/or receive transactional values from one or more intermediary holding accounts upon receiving network transaction requests between user accounts belonging to the two or more network transaction platforms. In addition, the disclosed system can unify user account data on different network transaction platforms by modifying or updating the user account data (e.g., user attributes) by propagating schematized data messages to the one or more other network transaction platforms with instructions to modify or update the user attributes on other user accounts related to the user account.

Bridging network transaction platforms to unify cross-platform transfers

A real-time activity recommendation system receives an input from a user device regarding a targeted financial goal, such as a target credit score. Using machine learning models to evaluate patterns of user activity that contribute positively towards the goal, and to evaluate the limitations and opportunities of the user's financial circumstances and profile, the recommendation system makes an assessment in real time to determine user actions that can be taken to improve credit health based on a user's profile and activity data. A user-specific recommendation regarding an activity that should be performed to reach the goal is generated and transmitted to the user. User and third party activity is later monitored as the user's financial status changes over time, and the recommendations are updated accordingly.

Generating credit building recommendations through machine learning analysis of user activity-based feedback

A transaction approval system makes an assessment in real time whether to approve a purchase transaction and to select an account of the customer to fund the purchase transaction. The transaction approval system can use a machine learning model to select the appropriate account of the customer to fund a purchase transaction that satisfies one or more preferences or goals established by the customer or the system. The machine learning model can receive, as inputs, information on one or more of the customer's accounts, user preference information, information regarding the transaction and/or information regarding prior transactions by the customer and use the inputs and machine learning model to make a selection of a customer account that satisfies the preferences or goals established by the customer or system.

Dynamic generation of digital messages with unique links for direct-to-merchant payments

Disclosed is a system for delegating authentication of an untrusted application executing on a client device. For delegated authentication, an untrusted application relies on a trusted application executing in the same environment for authentication purposes. The delegated authentication process avoids requiring the user of the untrusted application to provide authentication credentials. The disclosed system for delegating authentication enables any trusted application executing in the same computing environment to authenticate the untrusted application.

Inter-application delegated authentication

A system and method including: receiving an authorization request originating from an authorization module of an application executing on a client device, where the authorization request includes an identifier identifying the client device; causing transmission, based on the identifier, of a verification message to the client device, where the verification message includes a verification code; receiving a confirmation of the verification code from the authorization module of the application executing on the client device; authenticating the application based on the receiving the confirmation of the verification code; determining that the client device identified by the identifier corresponds to a user account including secure user data associated with a user; and transmitting a unique token verifying that the application is authorized to sign into the user account, where: the unique token uniquely identifies the user account to the application, and the secure user data is not shared with the application.

Authentication mechanism

A messaging system includes features of gathering information regarding content accessed across multiple applications and/or devices and making that information available to account holders of the messaging system. The messaging system stores data related to accessed content in a plurality of indices and makes that data available to enable account holders to access previously-accessed content, even if the previous access occurred in a different software application, on a different device, or on a device with a different operating system. Account holders may also be provided with recommendations based on gathered information.

Facilitating cross-platform content access

Disclosed is a system for recommending content of a predefined category to an account holder, detecting spam applications, or account holders based on the account holder application graphs. The system receives information corresponding to applications executing on the client device of the account holders and generates an application graph for each account holder that includes a list of predefined application categories that are preferred by the account holder. For each predefined category, a list of account holders preferring content relevant to that category is predicted based on the set of generated application graphs. Some application graphs may be detected as spam application graphs by comparing the generated application graphs with a set of predefined spam application graphs. Alternatively, if the generated application graph does not match the predefined spam application graphs, they are compared to a set of application graphs from a database to find similar application graphs.
