The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for extracting xylose liquid and cellulose with high purity from corn straw. The method includes raw material screening, raw material preprocessing, alkali processing, acid hydrolysis, and gradient alkali processing. The embodiments of the present disclosure adopt a gradient selective refining method for extracting a high-purity xylose liquid and cellulose from the corn straw, so as to maximize the extraction of the xylose from the corn straw, and at the same time, to separate and extract a high-purity cellulose product from straw residue under a low-cost process processing.

Methods for extracting xylose liquid and cellulose with high purity from corn straw

The present disclosure provides a technology field of caking of crystal particles, and in particular relates to a method for predicting a critical caking cycle of crystal particle. The method includes: establishing a CHS crystal bridge growth model database of a crystal particle with a same type of crystal particle to be predicted firstly, selecting existed data in the corresponding CHS crystal bridge growth model database based on an equivalent particle radius, a stored ambient temperature, and an environmental high and low humidity cycle condition of the crystal particle to be predicted, respectively, and calculating the critical caking cycle according to experience calculation equations, wherein a result obtained by calculation is a predicted critical caking cycle of the crystal particle to be predicted. The present disclosure has characteristics of time-saving, convenience, good universality, and high prediction accuracy, which can quickly predict the critical caking cycle of multi-particle crystal particle products under different humidity storage conditions within a week, resulting in greatly reducing time costs and providing guidance for storage of industrial crystal particle products.

Disclosed is a preparation system and a preparation method for high-quality xylitol crystals. The preparation system comprises a blending tank, a heat exchanger, a decolorization tank, an ion exchange system, a microporous filter, a first evaporator, a first crystallization kettle, a first centrifuge, a fluidization drying bed, a xylitol dissolution tank, a second evaporator, a second crystallization kettle, a second centrifuge, a hot air drying tank, and a cold air fluidization bed sequentially connected through pipelines. Liquid outlet of the first centrifuge is connected with first inlet of the blending tank. Liquid outlet of the second centrifuge is connected with first inlet of the xylitol dissolution tank. The blending tank is provided with second inlet for receiving xylitol hydrogenation solution. The xylitol dissolution tank is provided with water inlet for pure water. The material output from a product outlet of the cold air fluidization bed is xylitol crystal product. First prepared xylitol crystals are redissolved and recrystallized to prepare xylitol crystals with higher pH and better flavor.

Preparation systems and preparation methods for high-quality xylitol crystals

The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing liquid maltitol and liquid polyols from a raffinate including maltitol. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a hydrogenated liquid by hydrogenating a pre-treated raffinate including maltitol, obtaining a post-treated liquid by post-treatment of the hydrogenated liquid to remove impurities, obtaining a dilute liquid and a concentrated maltitol solution by membrane-separation of the post-treated liquid, and using the dilute liquid as the liquid polyols, and obtaining the liquid maltitol by mixing the concentrated maltitol solution with a prepared maltitol solution with a maltitol content of over 50%, wherein the liquid maltitol has a maltitol content greater than or equal to 50% and meets a standard. Before the membrane separation process, the present disclosure reduces the reducing sugar content in the liquid by hydrogenation to lower the risk of yellowing during the process and to improve the quality of the final product.

The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a system for co-producing a xylitol and a caramel pigment by utilizing a xylose mother liquid, including an extraction assembly, a refined hydrogenation assembly and a browning reaction assembly. The extraction assembly is configured to obtain an extracted liquid and a raffinate liquid respectively by performing an initial extraction on the xylose mother liquid; the refined hydrogenation assembly is configured to prepare a crystal xylitol by performing a refined hydrogenation process on the extracted liquid; the browning reaction assembly is configured to prepare the caramel pigment by performing a browning reaction process on the raffinate liquid.

The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for crystallizing compound sugar solution of xylose and sucrose, including: introducing a mixed solution of sucrose crystals, xylose crystals and water into a crystallization device, setting a stirring speed in a range of 60 rpm-120 rpm, a temperature in a range of 75° C.-80° C., a vacuum pump pressure in a range of 50 mbar-200 mbar, evaporating the mixed solution until a Brix value of the mixed solution reaches a range of 78 Brix-81 Brix, and stopping the vacuum evaporation, adjusting the temperature to a range of 70° C.-75° C., dropwise adding food-grade isopropanol solution or ethanol solution to the evaporated mixed solution, adding sucrose seed crystals, and continuing stirring to obtain a solution, when small seed crystals grow in the solution, dropping the temperature to a range of 40° C.-60° C. at a rate of 10° C./h, and then stirring for 6 h to obtain the mixed sugar solution; centrifuging and drying at 40° C.-60° C. to obtain a finished product of the compound sugar crystals of the xylose and the sucrose. The obtained finished product has a complete crystal form similar to the sucrose and a sweetness similar to the sucrose and a uniform taste, which meets preferences of the consumers.

The device includes an alkali addition unit, a continuous carbonating unit, a discharge controlling unit, a COsupply station, a vapor station and an after-carbonation tank, wherein the alkali addition unit is configured to add Ca(OH)alkaline liquid into xylose mother liquor, the continuous carbonating unit is configured to introduce COsupplied from the COsupply station into the alkali-added xylose mother liquor to perform carbonation and mixing so as to remove impurities such as colloid and pigment in xylose mother liquor, the discharge controlling unit is configured to introduce COsupplied from the COsupply station and vapor transported from the vapor station into the carbonated xylose mother liquor so as to control and stabilize a pH value of the carbonated xylose mother liquor, and the after-carbonation tank is configured to collect and temporarily store the carbonated and impurity-removed xylose mother liquor so as to prepare for a next procedure. Further, a method using the device is disclosed. According to the device and the method, the pH of xylose mother liquor is continuously regulated and stabilized and continuous feeding and discharge are performed with highly automated device so as to achieve continuous and uninterrupted production, and thus facilitate improving the production efficiency.
