A semiconductor package includes: an insulating substrate having a circuit pattern; a semiconductor device provided on the circuit pattern; a case surrounding the semiconductor device on the insulating substrate; an external terminal electrically connecting inside and outside of the case; an inner wire electrically connecting the circuit pattern or the semiconductor device with an inner end portion of the external terminal; a sealing resin sealing the semiconductor device and the inner wire inside the case; and a lid covering an upper surface of the sealing resin, wherein the inner wire includes a fusion portion that fuses when excessive current flows, and the lid includes a scattering prevention part covering the fusion portion while securing a gap between the scattering prevention part and the upper surface of the sealing resin, and is fixed to the upper surface of the sealing resin in a region other than the scattering prevention part.

Semiconductor device having switching elements to prevent overcurrent damage

A high-side switching element is provided between a main output terminal having an intermediate potential and a high-side terminal. A signal transmission circuit includes a first point, a second point, a signal switching element, and a diode. The intermediate potential is applied to the first point. A referred potential between the low-side potential and the high-side potential is applied to the second point. The signal switching element has a first end connected to the first point and a second end, and is switched in accordance with a conversion signal. The diode is provided between the second point and the second end of the signal switching element and has a direction with which a forward current can flow by a voltage between the first point and the second point in a case where the intermediate potential is the low-side potential.

An electromagnetic rebound mechanism unit and a magnetic latch unit are fixedly installed between a switchgear and a spring drive unit by virtue of a rebound fixing member and a fixing yoke. The electromagnetic rebound mechanism unit includes a rebound coil fixedly secured to the rebound fixing member, a reinforcing plate fixedly secured to a movable shaft and a rebound ring fixedly secured to the reinforcing plate. The magnetic latch unit includes a permanent magnet fixedly secured to the rebound fixing member, a latch ring fixedly secured to the permanent magnet and a movable yoke fixedly secured to the movable shaft. The spring drive unit includes a support frame, a spring retaining plate, a circuit-opening spring, a damper unit, and first and second electromagnetic solenoids.

A semiconductor module has a first electrode terminal, a second electrode terminal, a third electrode terminal, a fourth electrode terminal, a fifth electrode terminal, and a sixth electrode terminal. The first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal are arranged along a first direction. The third electrode terminal, the fourth electrode terminal, the fifth electrode terminal, and the sixth electrode terminal are arranged along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The first electrode terminal is arranged at a position where the first direction intersects with the second direction. The fourth electrode terminal, the fifth electrode terminal, and the sixth electrode terminal are AC output terminals or AC input terminals. The first electrode terminal is one of an anode terminal and a cathode terminal. At least one of the second electrode terminal and the third electrode terminal is the other of the anode terminal and the cathode terminal.

A switch includes: a hermetic vessel filled with an insulating medium; an insulating spacer dividing the hermetic vessel into a first heretic space and second heretic space; an electrode fixedly penetrating through the insulating spacer; and a first circuit breaker part inserted between a first conductor and the electrode in the first hermetic space and serially connecting a second conductor in the second heretic space in a closed state, and having a first contact including the electrode and a first driver driving the first contact. The first circuit breaker part is a vacuum circuit breaker having the first contact housed in a vacuum vessel and a second circuit breaker part having the second contact larger in dielectric strength than in the vacuum circuit breaker. In an interrupting operation from the closed state, the first contact and the second contact are opened, and the first contact is closed when or after the second contact is opened.

A switch includes: a second conductor; a second movable electrode provided in a second hermetic space so as to be movable in a first direction in which it parts from the fixed electrode and in a second direction opposite the first direction; an opposed electrode slidably provided in the fixed electrode to face the second movable electrode so as to open from and be in contact with the second movable electrode in an open state and a closed state respectively; a second driver which generates a driving force and moves the second movable electrode in the first direction when performing an opening operation; and a driving force transmitting mechanism which moves the opposed electrode in the second direction by converting a direction of the driving force for moving the second direction opposite the moving direction of the second movable electrode when the second driver generates the driving force for moving the second movable electrode in the first direction.

An antistatic coat of the present invention coats a surface of a base body so as to prevent accumulation of electric charges in the base body, the antistatic coat having a multi-layers structure comprising at least one antistatic layer, and the antistatic layer being disposed between the base body and an outermost surface layer of the antistatic coat. A color liquid crystal display device contains a color filter substrate, a counterelectrode substrate disposed to oppose the color filter substrate via a sealing material disposed in contact with peripheral portions of the color filter substrate and the counterelectrode substrate, and a liquid crystal layer sealed between the color filter substrate and the counterelectrode substrate and surrounded by the sealing material. The color filter substrate contains a transparent substrate, a black matrix and a plurality of colored layers of plural colors, the black matrix and the colored layers being formed in a predetermined pattern in a first region on the transparent substrate, and a resin layer having substantially same thickness as that of the black matrix and formed in a second peripheral region on the transparent substrate positioned peripherally adjacent to the first region. The sealing material is in contact with the resin layer and a black matrix portion in periphery of the first region. A method for producing the color filter substrate involves the steps for forming the resin layer having substantially the same thickness as that of the black matrix.
