An induction heating cooker in which a size of heating coils can be freely set without being restricted by a size of an opening of a cabinet of a kitchen unit. The induction heating cooker has an outer casing including a flange extending in an outward direction from a top portion of a container receptacle, with a heating coil container space being provided between the flange and a plate, such that one portion of each of the heating coils is disposed in the heating coil container space.

An induction heating cooker includes a surface, a heating coil for inductionally-heating a load pan, an inverter for supplying a high-frequency current to the heating coil, an infrared detector which detects infrared radiation emitted from the load pan and is located under a top plate, a first temperature detector for detecting a temperature of the load pan based on an output of the infrared detector, a heating controller for controlling a power output from the inverter, a thermo-sensitive element for receiving heat from the top plate, and a second temperature detector for detecting a temperature of the load pan based on an output of the first thermo-sensitive element. This induction heating cooker detects a temperature change of the load pan accurately by detecting an infrared radiation from the load pan, and detects the temperature of the load pan by the heat conduction from the pan even if ambient light enters.

A self-moving cleaner has a main body and comprises an intake opening for suctioning dust, an electric blower for generating airflow to suction dust, a dust receiver for collecting the dust suctioned by the electric blower, rollers driven by drive motors, a power source for supplying electric power to the electric blower and the drive motors, and sensors for optically detecting a distance to an obstacle. An enclosure surrounds the main body, the electric blower, the dust receiver, the power source, and the sensors, wherein the enclosure is transparent or semi-transparent, and the sensors transmit and receive light through the enclosure.
