An object of the present invention is to provide a film that is used as one layer of a multilayer structure articles such as a laminated glass, and a solar cell module, and prevents the intrusion of bubbles and the generation of unfilled portions at the edge portions of the film; and a multilayer structure articles obtained with the use of the film. A polyvinyl acetal resin film, having a thickness distribution in the width direction of 10% or less, and a volatile matter content of 1.0 mass % or less, in which as to a portion of 5% of the total width inside from each of both edges in the width direction, when each portion is heated at 150&#xb0; C. for 30 minutes, the larger value of the heat shrinkage in the flow direction that is parallel to the film and perpendicular to the width direction is referred to as heat shrinkage MD1, and the other value is referred to as heat shrinkage MD2, and when central portion in the width direction of the film is heated at 150&#xb0; C. for 30 minutes, the heat shrinkage in the flow direction that is parallel to the film and perpendicular to the width direction is referred to as heat shrinkage MD3, all the heat shrinkage MD1, heat shrinkage MD2, and heat shrinkage MD3 are 3 to 20%.

Polyvinyl acetal resin film and multilayer structure articles using the same

Provided are a polyoxyalkylene modified vinyl alcohol-based polymer, including a polyoxyalkylene group in side chain, wherein the vinyl alcohol-based polymer has a viscosity average degree of polymerization P of from 200 to 5000, has a degree of saponification of from 20 to 99.99 mol %, and has an amount S of polyoxyalkylene modification of from 0.1 to 10 mol % and a film containing the same. By way of them, a polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer that is soluble in water and also high in viscosity, and a film that is less in a decrease of tensile elastic modulus when conditioned in high humidity, is excellent in water repellency on the film surface, and exhibits water solubility are provided.

The present invention provides a polyvinyl acetal powder which is excellent in flowability during the coating process when it is applied to a powder coating material. This polyvinyl acetal powder enables to obtain a coating film having good impact resistance and uniformity of thickness (uniformity of coating film thickness). The present invention also provides a powder coating material using the polyvinyl acetal powder. Specifically, the present invention is a polyvinyl acetal powder having an average particle diameter of 10 to 150 &#x3bc;m, a maximum particle diameter of 250 &#x3bc;m or less, and a melt flow rate of 1 to 200 g/10 min. as measured in accordance with JIS K7210: 1999. The present invention also is a powder coating material containing this polyvinyl acetal powder.

A multilayered container comprising an intermediate layer of a resin composition (A) which comprises 50-95% by weight of a specific EVOH, and 50-5% by weight of an inorganic filler, and inner and outer layers of a moisture resistant thermoplastic resin (B), at least the body wall part of the container comprising multiplicity of regions in which substantially 2-dimensional thin layers of the inorganic filler extend parallel with the wall surface and laminated with each other, said layer of said resin composition (A) having a specific moisture permeability. The multilayered container can readily be prepared by thermoforming from the corresponding multilayered structure. Food packages obtained by filling the multilayered container of the present invention with food, sealing it and then sterilizing the package under a condition where heat and moisture act at the same time as in retorting are resistant against impermeation of oxygen that would deteriorate the food contained therein, thus exhibiting excellent storage capability, and have good container appearance.
