The invention refers to a mechanical food treatment processor comprising a driving block topped by a bowl. The driving block comprises a motor connected to a driving device having a substantially vertical axis. The bottom of the bowl comprises an opening to allow the passage of the driving device. The processor further comprises a food treatment tool having a fitting device to be fitted onto the driving device and a magnetizing device exerting a force of attraction between the food treatment tool and the bowl. Thus, it is possible to tilt the bowl with the claimed invention while preventing the treatment tool from inopportunely falling. The tool remains easily dismountable from the bowl and the driving device.

The invention refers to a mechanical food treatment processor comprising a driving block topped by a bowl unit. The driving block comprises a motor connected to a rotation driving device configured to move a food treatment tool. The bowl unit comprises a functional element electrically supplied via an electric circuit connecting the bowl unit and the driving block. The electric circuit comprises at least two contacts between the bowl unit and the driving block. At least one of the contacts is achieved by the contact of two electrical contact surfaces, respectively located on an external surface of the bowl unit and on an external surface of the driving block. Each of the two electrical contact surfaces is substantially leveled with the external surface of the bowl unit or of the driving block. Such a configuration facilitates the cleaning of the external surfaces of the processor.

The present invention relates to a mechanical food treatment processor comprising a driving block topped by a bowl. The driving block comprises a motor connected to a rotation driving means. The processor further comprises a food treatment tool with means of coupling with the rotation driving means. The bowl is topped by a lid with an opening/closing system placed on the bowl and operable to rotate about a substantially vertical axis. The lid is provided with a safety device operable to block the opening of the lid when a force, substantially parallel to the axis of rotation, is exerted on the lid. The claimed device is operable to avoid a brutal ejection of the lid and/or emissions of extreme burning steam in the event of an overpressure in the bowl.

This invention relates to a device for cleaning a grating disc used for cutting food. The grating disc has two sets of parallel blades, the blades delineating quadrilateral-sectioned spaces in a main plane of the grating disc, a main plane of each blade being substantially perpendicular to the main plane of the grating disc. The device has at least one tooth, the tooth being sized such that it is able to be inserted into the spaces delineated by the blades. The device including a pin aligned with the tooth or teeth, an end of the pin protruding relative to one end of the tooth or teeth. The pin being capable of sliding into a space delineated by the blades at the same time that the tooth or teeth are inserted into one or more spaces delineated by the blades. This invention also relates to a set for cleaning a grating disc, comprising such a device. Finally, this invention relates to a method for cleaning a grating disc used for cutting food.

A food processing device having a motor shaft of a motor from the device coupled to the tool carrying shaft for multi-speed operation. The tool carrying shaft and the motor shaft are connected by two distinct trains, continuously driven, each train comprising one free wheel, mounted with relation to the free wheel of the other train in such a way that power from the motor is only transmitted to the tool carrying shaft by the relevant train in a single direction of rotation of the motor and that for the other direction of rotation of said motor, the power is only transmitted to the tool carrying shaft by the other train.
