The present application relates to a method of assisting analysis of a radiation image and a system using the same, which belongs to the field of image processing. A method of assisting analysis of a radiation image includes: acquiring a radiation image to be analyzed; acquiring customs declaration information of the radiation image to be analyzed; acquiring a feature-matched historical image from a typical image library according to the radiation image to be analyzed; and/or acquiring a standard image and/or detailed customs declaration information of the standard image according to the customs declaration information of the radiation image to be analyzed. The method of assisting analysis of a radiation image and the system using the same may assist an image inspection person to judge whether or not the current radiation image carries violation items, whether or not a concealing or missing report occurs and so on.

Method of assisting analysis of radiation image and system using the same

The present disclosure provides a radiation image inspection system based on B/S architecture. The system comprises: at least one client terminal, configured to initiate an image operation request to a Web server, and display an image operation result on a browser of the client terminal upon receiving a response from the Web server; an image processing assembly, configured to query, based on the image operation request from the client terminal and forwarded by the Web server, an image which the client terminal desires to process, perform an operation on an image as requested by the client terminal, convert the resulted image into an image in a designated format and quality and return the converted image to the browser of the client terminal via the Web server for displaying; and the Web server, configured to receive the image operation request from the client terminal, forward the image operation request to the image processing assembly, and return the image operation result from the image processing assembly to the client terminal.

Radiation image inspection system and method based on B/S architecture

The disclosure provides a forming machine without pattern casting, including: a multi-axis motion system; a cutting system, connected with the multi-axis motion system; a driving system, driving the multi-axis motion system to move; and a machining base, wherein the machining base includes a fixing seat and a turnover mechanism, wherein the turnover mechanism is revolvably connected with the fixing seat. Since the forming machine without pattern casting of the disclosure adopts a tilting type and needs no working platform, most of the waste sand grains generated from cutting fall freely into the shakeout groove arranged below the fixing seat, and will not fly into the multi-axis motion system, and will not cause stop failure; thus the precision and service life of the forming machine without pattern casting are improved.

Forming machine without pattern casting

The disclosure provides a containerless casting forming machine, including: a multi-axis motion system which at least includes an X-axis motion system, a Y-axis motion system and a Z-axis motion system, and a workbench which is below the multi-axis motion system; and further includes: a moving platform system below the workbench, including a moving bracket which can reciprocate along the direction parallel to the X axis, a lifting device provided on the moving bracket, which is used for lifting and supporting the workbench to enable the linkage between the workbench and the moving bracket. The containerless casting forming machine of the disclosure can move the workbench without a lifting tool, and machine a casting mold with a large size and a complex cavity, and causes little pollution to the environment.

A locating beam and a robot linear motion unit having the same, wherein the locating beam comprises a first support beam and a second support beam which are parallel to each other, a crossbeam connected between the first support beam and the second support beam and is vertical to the beams, and a joints between the crossbeam and the beams is provided with a right-angle connecting piece. The robot linear motion unit includes a motion track and a transmission mechanism arranged along the extension direction of the motion track, and the motion track is arranged on a surface of the locating beam. Arranging the crossbeam and right-angle connecting pieces between the first support beam and the second support beam in the locating beam, improves the mechanical structure strength, reduces deflection deformation and twist deformation of the locating beam, and improves the impact resistance of the robot linear motion unit.
