A biomass benzoxazine-based shape memory resin, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The method includes: using biomass furfuryl amine, vanillic aldehyde, and paraformaldehyde as raw materials; obtaining an aldehyde group-containing biomass benzoxazine monomer by means of a heating reaction; mixing the aldehyde group-containing biomass benzoxazine monomer with polyether amine, and obtaining a Schiff base biomass benzoxazine monomer by means of a coupling reaction; and curing the Schiff base biomass benzoxazine monomer to obtain the biomass benzoxazine resin having a shape memory function. The benzoxazine-based shape memory resin has excellent thermal performance, high tensile modulus, high strength; an original shape can be permanently changed according to needs, the defect that traditional cross-linked polymers cannot be reprocessed after being formed is overcome, a recovery function under the condition of heating stimulation achieved, an application range of a shape memory polymer widened due to excellent thermal performance and mechanical performance.

Biomass benzoxazine-based shape memory resin, preparation method therefor, and application thereof

The present invention relates to an epoxy resin system having a phase separation structure, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. After mixing an epoxy resin, an amine curing agent and an epoxy diluent, pre-polymerization is carried out to obtain a prepolymer; or, after mixing an epoxy resin and an amine curing agent, pre-polymerization is carried out to obtain a prepolymer; after mixing an epoxy resin, an anhydride curing agent and an accelerator, polymerization is carried out to obtain a prepolymer; and after the prepolymerand the prepolymerare mixed, curing is carried out to obtain an epoxy resin system having a phase separation structure. The present invention controls the formation of a thermosetting epoxy resin system having a phase separation structure by means of preparing different epoxy resin pre-polymerization systems and using an interface reaction between the different pre-polymerization systems.

A remoldable bismaleimide resin and application thereof. The preparation method includes blending 2-allylphenyl glycidyl ether and terephthalic acid in acetonitrile, carrying out an esterification reaction under the condition of quaternary ammonium salt as a catalyst to obtain bis(3-(2-allylphenoxy)-2-hydroxypropyl) terephthalate containing a reversible dynamic group; then uniformly mixing bis(3-(2-allylphenoxy)-2-hydroxypropyl) terephthalate and bismaleimide, curing to obtain the re-moldable bismaleimide resin. The prepared re-moldable bismaleimide resin not only has excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties, but also can be remolded under hot pressing conditions. The preparation method of the re-moldable bismaleimide resin has the advantages of wide raw material sources and simple process, and has a wide application prospect in the fields of aerospace, transportation, electronic information, new energy, insulated electrical industry and the like.

The patent discloses halophilic bacteria and a method for fermenting fish paste, belonging to the technical field of solid-state fermentation of aquatic products using microorganisms. Four kinds of screened halophilic bacteria were used as mixed starter culture to produce fish paste. The effects of the ratio of mixed starter culture, inoculation amount, fermentation temperature, fermentation time and salinity on fish paste were studied by determining physical and chemical indexes and performing sensory evaluation. The fish paste has the characteristics of high safety, low salinity, high flavor and nutrition value. This method of fish paste processing needs short fermentation time. The fermented products of fish paste with better flavor can be obtained by using the mixed starter culture.

The present invention relates to a surface-modified aramid fiber and a method for preparing the same. The method includes the following steps: modifying an aramid fiber having amino groups and carboxyl groups on the surface with siloxane γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane to obtain a silicon methoxylated aramid fiber; reacting same with a cerium oxide coated with polydopamine modified chaotic boron nitride to obtain a surface-modified aramid fiber. The cerium oxide coated with polydopamine modified chaotic boron nitride has high ultraviolet absorption, and has extremely low catalytic activity, avoiding the damage to a fiber structure by photocatalysis during radiation, being an effective, safe and highly-efficient ultraviolet absorber. This invention provides a scrollable and foldable transparent polysiloxane film and its preparation and self-healing method. 2-Hydroxyethyl disulfide, diisocyanate and alkane chloride were mixed and reacted to get disulfide-containing diisocyanate. &#x3b1;,&#x3c9;-Aminopropyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane, diisocyanate and alkane chloride were mixed and reacted get linear chain-extended polydimethylsiloxane. Linear chain-extended polydimethylsiloxane, multi-amino terminated hyperbranched polysiloxane, disulfide-containing diisocyanate and alkane chloride were mixed and poured into a mould. After drying, the scrollable and foldable transparent polysiloxane film was obtained. The polysiloxane film described in this invention are constructed by dynamic physical crosslinking induced by hydrogen bond and permanent chemical crosslinking generated by hyperbranched polysiloxane. Hence, the polysiloxane film achieves both high stiffness and toughness. The good self-healing behavior of the polysiloxane films is originated from the temperature controlled dissociation of hydrogen bonds and exchange reaction rate of disulfide bonds.
