In an example embodiment, a solution is provided that introduces a second level IVR component controlled by a call control service that also controls a first IVR component. Controlling the IVR components using this call control service (which also interfaces with client software operated by a human agent) allows for data collected during the IVR sessions or during a live session with the human agent to be shared among the components. This also acts to eliminate the need for a traditional 'transfer' of a call from a human agent to an IVR or vice versa, which would often be accompanied by audible clicks or beeps discernable to the caller.

The present invention relates to a pontoon boats that may couple and be driven by a PWC. The invention further relates to pontoon boats having a portion that moves into an open water recess at the rear of the pontoon boat. The invention further relates to an engagement assembly for securing a PWC to such a pontoon boat.

A portable hoist assembly for lifting, relocating and lowering loads includes a trailer that is both wheeled and configured to couple to a vehicle. A power module, a lift arm and an actuator are coupled to the trailer. The actuator is operationally coupled to the power module and the lift arm. A fastener is operationally coupled proximate to a second end of the lift arm. The fastener is configured to couple the lift arm to a load. The actuator is positioned to motivate the lift arm and the fastener upwardly and downwardly. The load that is coupled to the lift arm is elevated from a first resting position to a raised position, repositioned by movement of the trailer, and lowered from the raised position to a second resting position.

An adjustable declined exercise bench and adjustable punching or striking attachments for the exercise bench that attach to the upper end of the bench. The bench is segmented into an upper stationary end segment and a lower pivotable end segment. The lower end segment of the bench where the user's back or will rest can swivel with the movement of the user's torso. Movement of the lower segment of the bench is in opposition to a resistance band that keeps the lower segment under tension and tends to hold the lower segment in an aligned position relative to the upper segment of the bench.

Automatic generation of database invocation mechanism for external web services

The present invention provides a method, system and program product for integrating a service external to a database into a database such that the service may be easily invoked from the database. Preferably, the service is a web service available over the internet The service may be invoked from any of a number of invoking mechanisms of the database. In a first specific embodiment, the mechanism comprises a user-defined function within an SQL statement. In a second specific embodiment, the mechanism comprises a virtual table. In a third specific embodiment, the mechanism comprises a stored procedure. In a fourth specific embodiment, the mechanism comprises a trigger. In a fifth specific embodiment, the mechanism comprises a federated table accessed via a nickname and implemented using a wrapper.

Invocation of web services from a database

An automatic data sanitizer module sanitizes formatted data from an external source system according to stored sanitization rules for release to an external destination system so that the destination system receives only that data for which it is authorized. The module generally includes an Input Comms module, a Message Processor, an Output Guard a Downgrader and an Output Comms module. The Input Comms module supports the communications protocol dictated by the external source system. The Processor sanitizes the message according to the rules written for the specific external system under consideration. The Guard verifies the modifications performed by the Processor. The Downgrader moves the resulting file to the Output Comms working directory and the Output Comms makes the resulting message available to the destination system. The system supports a variety of different formats and greatly facilitates the timely dissemination of information within a multi-level secure environment while protecting security interests.

An adjustable frame for dispensing stackable items. The adjustable frame includes a first panel having a first edge, a first-panel-dispensing-end, and a first major surface. The major surface is configured to guide stacked items prior to dispensing. A second panel has a second edge, a second-panel-dispensing-end, and a second major surface. The second major surface is configured to, in combination with the first major surface, guide stacked items prior to dispensing. An adjustable panel has a third edge and a third major surface. The third edge is detachably securable in one of a plurality of locations on the second major surface of the second panel. The adjustable panel can be positioned proximate to any one of the plurality of locations to accommodate items of various sizes.

A lug nut removal tool has an upright support leg on a base, a clamp which can be adjusted up and down on the leg, a pivot bracket on the clamp, and a lug wrench mounted for axial sliding and rotation on the pivot bracket. The stand formed by the support leg and base holds the lug wrench at the proper elevation to be applied to lug nuts on a wheel, and and elongated handle on the wrench allows the wrench to be easily turned while applied to the lug nuts. The leg, wrench bar and handle can be pivoted to positions parallel to one another to provide for compact storage of the tool when it is idle.
