The present disclosure provides systems, methods and media of optimization of temporary read errors (TRE) in three-dimensional (3D) NAND memory devices. The (3D) NAND memory devices comprises a plurality of memory cells arranged as an array of NAND memory strings, a plurality of word lines couple to the memory cells, and a controller. The controller is configured to determine whether a next read operation is a first read operation of the memory device after recovering from an idle state, and in response to a positive result of the determination, control the memory device to perform an extended pre-phase of the first read operation before a read-phase of the first read operation.

Systems, methods and media of optimization of temporary read errors in 3D NAND memory devices

The present disclosure provides a circuit for detecting leakage between word lines in a memory device. The circuit includes a first and a second coupling capacitor. A first terminals of the first and second coupling capacitors are connected to a first word line and a second word line, respectively. The first terminals of the first and second coupling capacitors are also connected to a first and a second voltage supply, respectively. The circuit further includes a comparator, wherein a first input of the comparator is connected to a second terminal of the first coupling capacitor and a second input of the comparator is connected to a second terminal of the second coupling capacitor. The comparator is configured to send alarm signal when a differential voltage between the first input and the second input of the comparator is larger than a hysteresis level of the comparator.

Leakage detection for three-dimensional NAND memory

A polarization-maintaining multi-core fiber includes a plurality of fiber core areas and a main outer cladding. The fiber core areas include one central fiber core area, and two or more than two outer fiber core areas equidistantly and uniformly arranged around the central fiber core area that is a polarization-maintaining fiber core area. Each outer fiber core area includes a fiber core and an inner cladding surrounding a core layer. A portion outside the fiber core areas is the main outer cladding. The fiber can greatly enhance spectral efficiency of an optical transmission system, and improve fiber communication capacity. The arrangement of the polarization-maintaining fiber core area provides a waveguide structure with a function of maintaining polarized light, which can be used for transmission of local light.

Polarization-maintaining multi-core fiber

An array-type polarization-maintaining multi-core fiber includes a main outer cladding, fiber core units, and stress units. The fiber core units and the stress units are arranged to form a unit array including one central unit and any unit in the unit array being equidistantly arranged from adjacent units thereof. Provided is at least one pair of stress units, each pair of stress units being arranged symmetrical about one fiber core unit to form a polarization-maintaining fiber core unit. The fiber core units each include a fiber core and an inner cladding surrounding a core layer. A portion outside the fiber core units and the stress units is the main outer cladding. The fiber can greatly enhance spectral efficiency of an optical transmission system, and improve fiber communication capacity.

Array-type polarization-maintaining multi-core fiber

The present invention belongs to the field of processing residual stress, and discloses a method for calculating processing parameters for residual stress control by parameter inversion. This method comprises: (a) extracting a characteristic index reflecting the residual stress distribution characteristic from a residual stress distribution curve; (b) respectively presetting initial values of processing parameters for residual stress control, calculating an initial value of the characteristic index, and drawing curves of the characteristic index over the respective processing parameters to obtain respective fitted curves; (c) respectively establishing a relation formula between respective characteristic index increment of the processing parameters and the fitting curve; and (d) assigning the values and performing inversion calculation to obtain the required processing parameters. The present invention is simple in operation, reduces the number of tests, lowers the production cost, improves the processing residual stress distribution of the workpiece and improves the anti-fatigue life of the components.

Method for calculating processing parameters for residual stress control by parameter inversion

An anti-cracking panda-type polarization-maintaining optical fiber includes a cladding layer, stress layers, and a fiber core. The fiber core is located in the center of the cladding layer. The stress layers are located symmetrically at two sides of the fiber core with a distance away from the fiber core and are located within the cladding layer. Each stress layer is enclosed at edges of their outer sides by a transition layer with a gradient refractive index. By providing the transition layer with the gradient refractive index at the edge of the outer side of the stress layer, the pressure stress at the edge of the stress layer is decomposed and released, so as to avoid cracks at the edge of the polished stress layer on the end of the optical fiber, and thus optimizes the performance of the polarization-maintaining optical fiber by decreasing the room temperature polishing cracking rate.

Anti-cracking panda-type polarization-maintaining optical fiber

A method of manufacturing a substrate of a display device is provided. The method includes: providing a substrate body; coating a photoresist layer on the substrate body; exposing the photoresist layer by using a plurality lenses of an exposure machine through a mask, wherein the mask includes a light incident region and a light overlap region, the light overlap region includes a transparent zone and a non-transparent zone, and the light incident region includes a transparent zone and a non-transparent zone, and wherein an area of each transparent zone of the light overlap region is larger or smaller than an area of each transparent zone of the light incident region; and developing the photoresist layer after exposing to obtain a photoresist pattern. The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a mask applied to the method. By practice of the disclosure, the exposure pattern of the light overlap region could be compensated in order to obtain more accurate exposure pattern, so the product yield could be improved.
