During conveying of frozen meat, the frozen meat is immersed in a first treating liquid, e.g. salt water, to thaw and wash the meat surface, and then the frozen meat is immersed in a second treating liquid, e.g. alkali, to provide a quality maintaining treatment.

Method for treating frozen meat

In a fish processing machine consisting of fish body feeder, decapitator, belly filleting and viscera removing device, and dark-colored flesh removing device, the fish body feeder is designed to transport the fish body supplied in lying position by feeding onto the tray while aligning the back-belly direction uniformly, and the dark-colored flesh removing device is intended to separate the ordinary flesh and dark-colored flesh of the fish body efficiently to remove the dark-colored flesh.

A fish processing machine includes a fish body feeder, a decapitator, a belly filleting and viscera removing device, and a dark-colored flesh removing device. The fish body feeder is designed to transport fish bodies onto trays while aligning all of the fish bodies in a uniform direction.
