A computer system is described that is configured to enable customers of an organization to self-monitor account activity and modify account access settings via a contact center of the organization. The contact center control system is configured to provide an interactive call history associated with the customer's accounts with the organization. Using the call history, the customer may perform self-monitoring of calls into the contact center that access the customer's accounts, and notify the organization if any of the calls appear suspicious. The contact center control system is configured provide a user interface through which the customer may modify account access settings including changing which types of authentication methods are enabled to access the customer's accounts, and blocking account access by callers from certain phone numbers. The contact center control system may allow the customer to turn off all access to the customer's accounts via the contact center.

Customer self-help control system for contact centers

A call screening computing system is described that is configured to perform voice captcha and real-time monitoring of calls into a contact center of an organization. The call screening computing system includes a chat bot configured to operate as an AI-based call screener. The chat bot is configured to perform voice captcha by sending a random question to a user device placing a call into the contact center, and analyzing the received answer to determine whether a user of the user device is human or a robot. The chat bot is configured to, based on the user being human, determine whether the user is a legitimate customer of the organization by generating and presenting authentication challenges to the user device. The chat bot may be configured to monitor and interact with a conversation between the user and an agent of the organization during the call into the contact center.

Voice captcha and real-time monitoring for contact centers

A computer system is described that is configured to generate an entry in a centralized event log for each voice call into a contact center of an organization. The event log system is configured to receive call data associated with action performed during the call and retrieve context data associated with the call from across a plurality of disparate systems used by the contact center to service the call. The event log system is configured to include both the call data and the context data in the call entry, and to correlate the call entry with previous call entries for a same entity identified for the call. The call entry may also include entity profile data as metadata. The pertinent data for the call will be stored in a single, centralized location accessible by any of the front-end systems for use in determining how to handle the call.

Centralized event log generation and analysis for contact centers

Methods for providing a flash management feature ('FMF') in a camera system include obtaining a flash intensity value calculated for a flash device by a camera, saving the calculated flash intensity value in memory, accepting a user-provided adjustment of the calculated value, saving the adjusted flash intensity value in a memory, and providing, when the camera transmits the calculated value to the flash device for use during image acquisition, the adjusted value to the flash device instead of the calculated value. A communication device to provide a FMF includes a microprocessor configured to obtain a calculated flash intensity value from a camera, a memory, and a user interface configured to display and allow a user to adjust the calculated value. The microprocessor stores the adjusted flash intensity value in memory, and signals the flash device to emit light at the adjusted value during image acquisition by the camera.

Methods and apparatus for flash intensity value management in a photographic environment

A control system for use with preconfigured photographic equipment that includes a controllable photographic device controlled by a controlling photographic device is disclosed. The controllable photographic device has a housing, and a device circuit having an upstream portion and a downstream portion coupled by control lines within the housing. An internal module may be located within the housing and includes a signal detecting arrangement configured to be coupled with the control lines between the upstream and downstream portions. The system may also include an external module configured to be located outside of the housing, and coupled with the internal module. The external module may include a signal receiving device capable of receiving a wireless control signal from the controlling photographic device, and to cause a module generated signal to be sent by the internal module to the downstream portion upon receipt of the wireless control signal.

A device system and method is disclosed. The device includes a first USB port configured to couple with a USB port on a camera, and circuitry configured to send USB signals to the camera and/or to receive USB signals from the camera, and to operate in USB Host mode, and/or USB OTG (on the go) mode, as the camera operates in Device mode. The device may also include a second USB port configured to couple with a PDA. The circuitry may be further configured to send USB signals to the PDA and/or to receive USB signals from the PDA, and to operate in USB Host mode, and/or USB OTG mode, as the PDA operates in Device mode.

A device and method for retrofitting a camera system is disclosed. The method may include detecting a first signal while it is being sent by a source device of the camera system to a remote device of the camera system, and wirelessly transmitting a data stream, which may include control instructions and trigger instructions, detected in the first signal using a transmitter unit. The method may also include wirelessly receiving the data stream using a receiver unit, converting the data stream into a second signal that is substantially the same as the first signal which may include configuring the second signal as light pulses. The method may also include directing the second signal toward the remote device which may be responsive to the light pulses.

Method and device to relay short duration light pulses via radio signal for camera flash operation

Methods and systems to relay short duration coded pulses of light emitted by a first flash device to a second flash device, which may be remote, using radio signals, wherein radio signals comprise data representative of short duration coded pulses of light from the first flash device which may comprise one or more binary commands and/or activation signals emitted by the first flash device. A first radio communication device may sense coded pulses of light from a first flash device and in response transmit radio signals representative of the coded pulses of light, and may subsequently stop transmitting radio signals following the transmission of radio signals representative of the coded pulses of light. A second radio communication device may receive the transmitted radio signals from the first radio communication device and may cause a light element comprised of the second radio communication device to emit coded pulses of light to a second flash device wherein the coded pulses of light to the second flash device may be substantially representative of the coded pulses of light emitted by the first flash device.

System and method for relay of pulsed light by intermittent radio for camera flash

Methods and systems to prepare and activate a wireless flash device may comprise a remote camera flash device comprising: a first radio communication device coupled to a camera, and at least a second radio communication device coupled to the remote camera flash device. The first radio communication device may transmit at least one radio signal to the second radio communication device in response to receiving camera communications sent from the camera, the second radio communication device sends pseudo camera communications to the remote camera flash device in response to receiving the at least one radio signal, and the second radio communication device does not transmit a radio signal.
