A throttle valve controller for an internal combustion engine in which a ring gear comprises a center body, a teeth portion, at least one rotation detent portion and at least one contraction detent portion for preventing the ring gear from rotation along the peripheral direction of the ring gear, wherein the rotation detent portion and the contraction detent portion are arranged with equal spacing along the peripheral direction of the ring gear. As a result, accuracy of the circularity of the ring gear is improved.

A cylinder injection type fuel injection valve comprising a valve body of a cylindrical type, a valve seat having an injection nozzle for injecting fuel at the center thereof, a valve capable of abutting on and separating from the valve seat to open and close the injection nozzle, a hollow housing connected to the valve body at one end, a solenoid located in the inside of the housing for operating the valve to be opened and closed, and a core which is connected to the housing at one end to form a magnetic circuit in association with the housing, wherein the connecting portion between the housing and the core is encirclingly welded, whereby connecting strength of the connecting portion between the core and the housing is improved, a change in properties under high combustion pressure can be prevented, and capability of withstanding pressure is improved.

A cylinder injection type fuel injection valve 1 has a valve body 10 of a hollow cylindrical shape, a valve seat 12 having a fuel injection nozzle 11 at its center, which is disposed at an end of the valve body 10, a hollow housing 2 having an end connected to the valve body, which is capable of coming to contact with and separating from the valve seat 12 so as to open and close the injection nozzle 11, a core 3 disposed in the housing 2 and a coil assembly 4 disposed around the core 3 and inside the housing to cause opening and closing operations of the valve body 10, wherein an O-ring 14 is fitted to a space defined by the housing 2 and the core 3, in which the coil assembly 4 is disposed, at a side to which a fuel pressure is applied, so that the pressure is not applied to the coil assembly, or wherein a sealing ring having a hollow cylindrical shape 17 is fitted to a space defined by the housing 2 and the core 3, in which the coil assembly 4 is disposed, at a side to which a fuel pressure is applied, and an O-ring 18 is disposed at each side of the inside and the outside of the sealing ring 17.

The present invention prevents the formation of cracks in a molded main body and the corrosion of a stator core. A molded motor is provided with: a stator 1 which has a stator core 6 which has a plurality of tooth portions 12 extending radially inward which are formed equidistantly around it and which is laminated from a plurality of layers of cold-rolled steel plate, and stator coils 8 composed of lead wires wound around the tooth portions 12 of the stator core 6; a rotor rotatably disposed inside the stator 1; and a molded main body 30 made of resin which covers the stator 1, and spaces 32 are formed in the molded main body 30 between the stator coils 8.

A fuel injection valve includes: a valve seat provided at one end of a hollow valve main body and having an injection hole; a valve body separated/contacted from/with the valve seat to open/close the injection hole; and a swirler for surrounding the valve body to slidably support the valve body and for giving swirling to a fuel flowing into the injection hole, the swirler being produced by metal powder injection molding.

The present invention provides a molded motor in which the axial center of an inserted body can easily be aligned with the axial center of the rotor of the mold motor. The molded motor of the present invention is provided with: a stator 30 having a stator core 31 laminated from a plurality of layers of thin metal coldrolled steel plate and stator coils 8 mounted in the stator core 30; a rotor 2 rotatably disposed inside the stator 30; and a molded main body 4 made of resin which covers the stator 30 and has a receiving portion 17 in which an annulus 16 is received, wherein guide portions 34 are formed in the cold-rolled steel plate closest to the annulus 16 to align the axial center of the annulus 16 with the axial center of the rotor 2.

A cylinder injection type fuel injection valve has a metallic ring 15 of a substantially T-like shape which is disposed inside a solenoid 2 and which has inner and outer sides supported by O-rings 16, 17 in order to seal highly pressurized fuel, whereby a change in a flow rate of fuel, which may be resulted by attaching the fuel injection valve to an internal combustion engine, can be minimized without changing largely a sealing structure for fuel, and deformation of the metallic ring is minimized.
