The invention provides an inspection adapter board for printed board, which has inspection electrodes of a pitch wider than electrodes to be inspected, permits carrying out the necessary inspection for a printed board by a tester having a small capacity, and can be designed and fabricated with ease, and a method for inspecting the printed board by an inspection adapter board. The invention also provides a method and apparatus for producing information for fabricating such an inspection adapter board. The inspection adapter board is equipped with inspection electrodes corresponding to the electrodes to be inspected. At least one of the inspection electrodes is a common inspection electrode commonly corresponding to two or more electrodes to be inspected. The common inspection electrode is formed in a state that wiring networks do not form a closed circuit. Alternatively, at least one of the inspection electrodes is formed as a representative inspection electrode corresponding to one electrode to be inspected in each wiring network.

Inspection adapter board for printed board, method for inspecting printed board, and method and apparatus for producing information for fabricating the inspection adapter board

A process for inspecting an electrode plate having plural electrodes. The process includes the first step of using a rough alignment between the plate to be inspected and the standard inspecting plate so that the two lie on top of each other. One of the plates is then rotated relative to the other by a predetermined small angle. The electrical connection state between the two plates is then determined. A mathematical analysis of the position deviation between the two plates takes place. The analysis is based on the relative positions of the electrode inspected and the corresponding inspecting electrode before and after the rotation.

Process for inspecting electrodes using rotation alignment correction

A method for the inspection of a circuit board, capable of precisely detecting deviation in position between the electrodes to be inspected of a circuit board and the inspection electrodes of a tester, thereby achieving fine alignment between the two, with high reliability. The method includes repeating, in two different axial directions, the measurement of conduction state between the electrodes to be inspected of a circuit board and the inspection electrodes of a tester each time changing, by a small distance, the relative position of the inspection electrodes portion of the tester and the circuit board, to detect a position of high conduction state and two positions of low conduction state which are distant from the position and located so that the position is held between them, in each of the two directions. From the information thus obtained, determining the desired connection position in which the inspection electrodes are to be in the highest conduction state in relation to the electrodes to be inspected in one or both of the directions. And then, moving the inspection electrodes portion relatively to the circuit board to place the inspection electrodes in the desired connection position.

Method for the inspection of circuit board

A loud speaker assembly including members which are bonded together with an adhesive compound, wherein the adhesive compound comprises at least one composition selected from the group consisting of alkyl acrylate, alkyl methacrylate, acrylic acid and methacrylic acid; a copolymerized elastomer including at least 5 percent by weight of a functional monomer, an unsaturated nitrile and at least one of butadiene and isoprene; and an organic peroxide. In such a loud speaker assembly, the adhesive compound may be used to provide connection between the cone housing and the edge member, between the one housing and the baffle gasket and, between the cone housing and each of the edge member and the baffle gasket, between the vibrator cone and the voice coil unit, between the voice coil unit and the damper or spider element, between the vibrator cone and the voice coil unit, between the voice coil unit and an electric lead wire connected to the voice coil unit, between the vibrator cone and a center cap member, between the field magnet and the magnet support member, and/or between the field magnet and the pole-piece plate of the speaker assembly.
