After a ferroelectric capacitor is formed, an Al wiring (conductive pad) connected to the ferroelectric capacitor is formed. Then, a silicon oxide film and a silicon nitride film are formed around the Al wiring. Thereafter, as a penetration inhibiting film which inhibits penetration of moisture into the silicon oxide film, an AlOfilm is formed.

A protective film () having a water/hydrogen blocking function is formed so as to cover the periphery of a pad electrode () while being electrically isolated from the pad electrode. A material selected in the embodiment for composing the protective film is a highly moisture-proof material having a water/hydrogen blocking function considerably superior to that of the insulating material, such as palladium (Pd) or palladium-containing material, and iridium (Ir) or iridium oxide (IrO: typically x=2) or an iridium- or iridium oxide-containing material. The photosensitive layer contains one compound which is selected from the group of the compounds represented by the formulae (I), (II), (III), (IV), and (V). Photoconductor having a cured layer of an amino resin-phenol resin

A positively charged organic photosensitive body is provided, the photosensitive body being free from public hazards, and being highly sensitive and highly durable. The photosensitive body has a photosensitive layer of a laminated structure on a conductive substrate. The photosensitive layer has a charge transport layer (I) having hole mobility, a charge generation layer, and a charge transport layer (II) containing a curing product of a doped amino resin and having electron mobility. The charge transport layer (I), the charge generation layer, and the charge transport layer (II) are laminated in this order on the conductive substrate. Various suitable substances may be added to the charge transport layer (II), thereby enhancing its durability without deteriorating the photosensitive characteristics.
