A thermally conductive sheet in which an adhesive thermally conductive layer and a non-adhesive resin layer are stacked. The adhesive thermally conductive layer includes an acrylic resin formed by curing an acrylic compound and a thermally conductive filler, a glass transition temperature of the acrylic resin is from &#x2212;80 to 15&#xb0; C., a tack property of the adhesive thermally conductive layer is higher than a tack property of the non-adhesive resin layer, the tack property of the non-adhesive resin layer is from 6 to 30 kN/m2. The non-adhesive resin layer has a glass transition temperature from 60 to 110&#xb0; C. The tack property is measured by pressing probe on a layer and peeling the probe under conditions of pressing speed of 30 mm/min, peeling speed of 120 mm/min, load of 196 g, pressing time of 5.0 sec, pulling distance of 5 mm, probe heating of 40&#xb0; C. and sheet stage heating of 40&#xb0; C.

Thermally conductive sheet

Peeling due to interfacial fracture between a tack-free layerand a heat-conductive layer is prevented. In the tack-free layer, an inorganic filler having a median diameter of 0.5 &#x3bc;M or more is contained in a thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature of 60&#xb0; C. or higher to form concaves and convexes on an adhesive surface. Then, the heat-conductive layer being in contact with the adhesive surface is disposed. The adhesion between the tack-free layer and the heat-conductive layer is strengthened by an anchor effect caused by the concaves and convexes of the adhesive surface, without strengthening the adhesion of the surface opposite to the adhesive surface.

Multilayer heat-conductive sheet, and manufacturing method for multilayer heat-conductive sheet

A thermally conductive sheet having an adhesive layer and a non-adhesive layer laminated together. The adhesive layer contains an acrylic resin formed from an acrylic compound and a thermally conductive filler, and has a tack property higher than a tack property of the non-adhesive layer. The non-adhesive layer is formed from a resin having a glass transition temperature of 10&#xb0; C. or more and at least one functional group selected from a hydroxy, a carboxyl and a glycidyl, a curing agent and a flame retardant filler. The tack property of the non-adhesive layer is from 6 to 30 kN/mmeasured by pressing and then peeling an aluminum cylindrical probe from the non-adhesive layer with a pressing speed of 30 mm/min, peeling speed of 120 mm/min, load of 196 g, pressing time of 5.0 sec, pulling distance of 5 mm, probe heating of 40&#xb0; C. and sheet stage heating of 40&#xb0; C.

A method for producing a laminated soft-magnetic sheet including: laminating at least two curable soft-magnetic sheets obtained by applying a soft-magnetic composition, which contains a flat soft-magnetic powder, to a release base; and drying the soft-magnetic composition at a temperature Tat which curing reaction does not substantially take place, compressing the laminate at a temperature Tat which the curing reaction does not substantially take place, using a laminator for applying a linear pressure thereon while the linear pressure is sequentially changed, and by applying surface pressure, compressing the compressed laminate at a temperature Tat which the curing reaction takes place.

The present invention provides a magnetic sheet with improved resistance to folding while maintaining good magnetic characteristics and reliability; a method for producing the magnetic sheet; an antenna; and a portable communication device. A magnetic sheet of the present invention includes a flat magnetic powder, and a resin binder capable of dissolving in a solvent, wherein the magnetic sheet has a gradient of the content ratio of the magnetic powder to the resin binder in a thickness direction thereof, wherein, in use, the magnetic sheet is folded so that, of the front and back surfaces thereof, one surface whose magnetic powder content is lower than that of the other is folded inward, and wherein the difference in glossiness measured at a light-incident angle of 60&#xb0; between the front and back surfaces is 9.4 or more.

Magnetic sheet, method for producing the magnetic sheet, antenna, and portable communication device

The present invention is to impart, to a sheet-like soft magnetic material, a configuration in which sheet thickness change is suppressed and in which fluctuation in magnetic permeability is small even under a high-temperature or a high-temperature, high-humidity environment, even when a plurality of thin curable soft magnetic sheets produced by a coating method are laminated. The sheet-like soft magnetic material is formed from a soft magnetic composition which is formed by mixing at least a flat soft magnetic powder, an acrylic rubber, an epoxy resin, a curing agent for the epoxy resin, and a solvent. The flat soft magnetic powder is arranged in an in-plane direction of the sheet-like soft magnetic material. An acrylic rubber having a glycidyl group is used for the acrylic rubber. The weight ratio of the flat soft magnetic powder with respect to the total amount of the acrylic rubber, the epoxy resin, and the curing agent for the epoxy resin is 3.7 to 5.8.

Sheet-like soft-magnetic material and production method thereof

A thermal transfer protective sheet, a print, and a print with a window member are provided. The thermal transfer protective sheet includes a release layer and a topcoat layer having adhesiveness to an object to be transferred, which are stacked in this order on a base material, wherein the release layer and the topcoat layer are cold-peeled and transferred to the surface of the object to be transferred by the fusion thermal transfer recording method. The release layer comprises a first resin consisting of a thermoplastic resin and a second resin incompatible with the first resin in a mixed state. The first resin is an acrylic resin, and the second resin is a thermoplastic resin having a glass transition point of 50&#xb0; C. or less. The mixing ratio of the first resin to the second resin is 80:20 or more and 99:1 or less in a weight ratio. In the release layer, the second resin exists as a particulate phase in the first resin, thereby inhibiting fusion between the base material and the release layer even if cooling is insufficient during peeling.
