A baking oven for producing baked, preferably edible products, includes at least one upper heating apparatus configured as a radiant heating apparatus and at least one lower heating apparatus configured as a radiant heating apparatus in each of which a fuel mixture containing primary air and a fuel is burnt. The upper heating apparatus is disposed in an upper baking area and above an upper transport level and is directed onto a back surface of an upper plate configuration for heating a baking mould from above. The lower heating apparatus is disposed in a lower baking area between the upper transport level and a lower transport level and is directed onto the back surface of a lower plate configuration for heating the baking mould from above.

Baking oven

A baking apparatus produces endless strips of preferably liquid baking compounds on a baking surface carrier circulating in a machine frame, being heated at least in sections and transporting at least one endless baking surface through at least one baking zone disposed in a stationary manner in the machine frame. The baking zone contains a heating apparatus and extends from a baking compound application device as far as a strip removal apparatus. A rotatably mounted and driven hubless drum is provided as the circulating heated baking surface carrier. A follower roller is disposed pivotably about a steering axle and rolls on a rolling surface of the drum in a contact region. A tracking distance is provided between a point of intersection of the steering axle with the rolling surface and the contact region.

Baking apparatus

A cream coating head, an apparatus and a system for applying a pumpable mass onto a carrier body include a detachable coupling system. The coupling system is provided for coupling and decoupling the cream coating head to or from a conveying apparatus.

Exchangeable cream coating head

A baking device for producing baked goods, in particular for producing filled baked goods, includes baking presses that can be swung open and closed, can be moved from a feeding device through the baking chamber of the oven and to a goods removal device on a continuously moving continuous conveyor that circulates in the longitudinal direction of the oven. The baking presses have a lower baking mold and an upper baking mold, each movable between open and closed positions about a baking-press axis. The baking presses are connected to the continuous conveyor by releasable mechanical connections. The baking device also has a baking-press removal station at at least one point of the continuous conveyor, at which baking-press removal station baking presses can be removed and reattached. The removal and redelivery of the baking presses are performed on the continuously moving continuous conveyor.

Baking device

A machine with horizontally oriented cone-rolling devices produces rolled wafer cones. The cone-rolling devices are arranged one behind the other along a circulatory path in an elongate machine framework and are conveyed along the circulatory path, by an endless conveyor, from an infeed station to the delivery station of the machine. Each cone-rolling device has a rolling mold connected rigidly to the carrying frame of the device, a cone stripper, which can be displaced along the carrying frame, and a rolling mandrel, which can be displaced along the carrying frame. The rolling mold is arranged on a lateral end portion of the carrying frame, the cone stripper is arranged on a first carriage, which can be displaced along the carrying frame, and the rolling mandrel is arranged on a second carriage, which can be displaced along the carrying frame.

Machine for producing rolled wafer cones

A shaft coupling and roller arrangements with a shaft coupling for the coupling a shaft journal having a polygonal cross-section to a drive or a bearing axle. The shaft coupling has a rotatably drivable coupling body, which has a coupling opening for receiving the shaft journal. The coupling body has a as multipart configuration and is openable along a dividing line, which intersects the coupling opening. A clamping apparatus is provided for non-positive holding of the shaft journal in the coupling opening. The coupling opening is formed at least in part by clamping jaws, which in the closed position are pressed onto the shaft journal, preferably areally flush against the shaft journal, via the clamping apparatus.

Shaft coupling for a roller arrangement

An oven contains a continuous chain of baking tongs that can be opened and closed, and locked in the closed state. The chain circulates in the oven and moves through the baking chamber in two transport planes, one above the other. A device for opening the baking tongs, a delivery station, a loading station, a device for closing the baking tongs, and a device for locking the tongs are successively arranged in the running direction of the baking tongs, in the front part of the oven, along the upper transport plane. A product removal device contains a flatly arranged rotating support and is arranged in the delivery station. The rotating support carries removal elements embodied as suction elements along the outer periphery thereof, which it uses to remove the baked products from the open baking tongs.

A mixing apparatus has a mixing container disposed in the upper part of the mixing apparatus, preferably standing on a frame, which is open towards the top. The mixing container includes a single-shaft agitator disposed in the lower part of the mixing apparatus. The agitator has a vertically disposed agitator shaft to which is fastened an agitating tool configured as a rotor body which is disposed in the mixing container just above the container base. The single-shaft agitator is a statorless agitator and the rotor body fastened to the agitator shaft is surrounded by an external free space between the rotor body and the container wall of the mixing container. The agitator shaft is adjustable in its spacing distance from the cylinder axis.

Mixing apparatus

An apparatus for transporting endless dough strips or substantially non-rigid shaped bodies such as, in particular, biscuit dough shaped bodies and the like, includes a machine frame, a closed circulating conveyor belt, a deflecting roller which contacts the conveyor belt on the inner side for deflection and has a deflection axle or shaft which is mounted rotationally laterally on the machine frame, and a drive roller which contacts the conveyor belt on the inner side for driving and has a drive shaft which is mounted rotationally laterally on the machine frame and is driven by a drive. The drive roller is connected to the machine frame by a pivoting apparatus.

Apparatus for transporting substantially non-rigid shaped bodies

An apparatus and a method produce multi-layered wafer blocks which are filled with a spreading substance such as a cream, for example, in which a first wafer block component is transported along a conveying surface to a stacking area, is lifted there from the conveying surface by a gripping device, a second wafer block component is subsequently or simultaneously transported along the conveying surface to the stacking area, and the first wafer block component is placed and/or pressed onto the second wafer block component from above in a joining process.

Apparatus and method for producing wafer blocks

A baking plate for a baking oven for producing baked products such as soft waffles, crispy wafers, pancakes and the like. The baking plate has a carrier plate and one or more baking inserts disposed thereon, which are configured for receiving the batter to be baked. The baking inserts are formed from sintered ceramic that are very sturdy and tough and have low thermal expansion.

A device and a method produce multi-layered wafer blocks filled with a spreadable mixture such as a cream. A wafer base sheet coated with a spreadable mixture is transported along a first conveyor surface to a stacking area. A wafer cover sheet is transported along a second conveyor surface to the same stacking area. The wafer cover sheet is laid flat on the coated side of the wafer base sheet in the stacking area, and then the wafer base sheet and the wafer cover sheet are transported away together. The wafer cover sheet and wafer base sheet are moved respectively in the stacking area at a speed that is different from zero at all moments.

Method and device for producing waffle sandwich blocks

An apparatus for transporting and for transferring shaped bodies such as, for example, substantially non-rigid shaped bodies, for example of cookie dough, onto a transport surface. The apparatus for transporting the shaped bodies includes a revolving driven conveyor belt which is guided around at least one deflecting roller, a guide roller and in the region of the transport surface around a transfer body mounted laterally on a machine frame. An adjusting device is provided for variation and adaptation of the bending line of the transfer body.

A method and an apparatus are provided for transporting shaped bodies such as, for example, substantially non-rigid, biscuit dough shaped bodies, from a receiving region into a transfer region, and for transferring the shaped bodies onto a transport surface such as, for example, a heated baking belt of a baking machine. The apparatus for transporting the shaped bodies includes a revolving driven conveyor belt which is guided over at least one deflecting roller, over a drive roller and around a transfer body in the region of the transport surface. The conveyor belt is laterally displaceable by a positioning apparatus at least over a section of its longitudinal extension.

A hollow body is made from a flat baked wafer cake by first juxtaposing the wafer cake with a cavity of a deep-drawing mold and then forming edge regions of the cake with a plurality of deformations out of a plane of the cake at a uniformly spacing around a periphery of the cake. Then the cake is pushed by a deep-drawing punch into the cavity to it into a hollow body and to form each of the deformations into a multilayer fold.
