The present disclosure relates to a system configured to manage a dining experience for guests at a food service establishment. In some implementations, the system may comprise one or more guest identification devices, one or more sensors, one or more host systems, and one or more processors. The system may be configured such that real-time detailed information about the food service establishment, guests of the food service establishment, food orders placed by guests of the food service establishment, table states of the tables in the food service establishment, and tasks performed by staff members is provided to the staff members of the food service establishment. The information may facilitate a unique guest experience for guests of the food service establishment wherein the guests may place a food order remotely, arrive at the food service establishment and self-select a table, and receive delivery of their food order at their selected table.

Dining experience management

This disclosure relates to a system configured to customize a default set of menu items for diners of a food service establishment. The default set of menu items may be customized based on dietary preferences of the diners. The system may be configured such that diners may interact with the menu of the food service establishment. The system may be configured such that the customized set of menu items may be displayed to diners remotely from the food service establishment. In some implementations, the system may replace a traditional physical menu. In some implementations, the system may comprise an application server, one or more client devices, a database server, and/or other components.

Dynamic interactive menu board

A system for performing airport security screening of carry-on bags and other separately scanned carry-on items such as electronics. The system includes a number of airport divestment and luggage carts. Each of the carts includes a frame with a lower support for receiving carry-on luggage, and the frame further supports security bins for receiving separately scannable items (such as a computing device). The system includes a 3D scanner scanning items passed through a scanning tunnel. The system also includes a conveyance system engaging the carts and transporting the carts through the scanning tunnel for 3D scanning, with such scanning including the carry-on luggage and the separately scannable items in bins. Typically, the frame of each of the carts is formed of one or more non-metallic materials and is non-collapsible. Further, the carts may be oriented to be upright during transportation through the scanner.

Airport security screening system and method

There is provided a physical token for use in a defined venue with a server having communication with the physical token. The physical token may comprise an identification data and a transmitter configured to transmit the identification data. The physical token is configured to transmit the identification data to the server to cause the server to initiate a sensory interaction with a user possessing the physical token. The sensory interaction may comprise a character in the defined venue interacting with the user possessing the physical token. The sensory interaction may also comprise a display screen in the defined venue displaying information to the user possessing the physical token. The sensory interaction may further comprise an audio speaker in the defined venue announcing information to the user possessing the physical token. The physical token may represent an affinity comprising an experience, entitlement, or characteristic of the user possessing the physical token.

Method and system for performing affinity transactions

An airport cart adapted for carrying carry-on luggage and personal items divested prior to a security check point. The cart includes a lower luggage tray or shelf, and a pair of vertical supports extends upward from a rear portion of this tray or a horizontal portion of the cart frame. The cart may have dual handles extending rearward in a space-apart manner from the vertical supports such that the handles are parallel to each other and do not block vertical loading of the luggage tray. The cart includes one, two, or more storage or security screening bins that are affixed to or detachably mounted on the vertical supports or the handles. One or more of the storage bins may be compatible with conventional airport screening bins. The bins are horizontally offset from the luggage tray and each other to facilitate unobstructed 3D screening of bags and items in the bins.

Airport divestment and luggage cart

A wearable band with an adjustable size or length. The band includes a first band element with a raised center or identification member. The band includes a second band element with a body having a loop or lasso at one end defined by an inner surface of a sidewall. The outer sidewall of the raised center member is detachably coupled to the inner surface of the loop-defining sidewall when the center member is received within and captured by the loop such as by a snap detent arrangement. To allow sizing, the second band element includes both an inner band sizing element including the loop-defining sidewall at one of its ends and an outer band sizing element that is detachably coupled to the inner band sizing element. The length of the second band element is defined by the combined length of the inner and outer band sizing elements.

Two-piece wristband with interchangeable lasso band element for user selectable sizing

A wearable band with an adjustable size or length. The band includes a first band element and a second band element with a planar body extending from a first to a second end. The second band element body is greater in length than the first band element body and includes a hole for receiving the first band element body. The band includes a coupling mechanism that detachably connects an outer sidewall of the first band element body to the inner sidewall of the second band element body, e.g., to allow the two band elements to be selectively disconnected and reassembled without tools. The coupling mechanism includes a first coupling component extending along the outer sidewall of the first band element and a second coupling element extending along the inner sidewall of the second band element such that the two band elements are connected along the periphery of the hole.

A wearable band with an adjustable size or length. The band includes a base band element with an elongated, thin body extending a first length from a first sidewall to a second sidewall. The body may include a user identification member that stores user ID information for a wearer of the band. The band includes a band sizing assembly with one, two, three, or more band sizing segments that are detachable linked together such as via a tongue and groove interlocking mechanism. The band sizing assembly extends a second length from first sidewall to a second sidewall, and these sidewalls are configured for coupling or linking with the sidewalls of the base band element body so as to form a closed loop or bracelet with a third length. A user may size the band by selecting the number and size of the sizing segments used in the band sizing assembly.

Identification bracelet with interchangeable segments providing user selectable sizing

A wearable band with an adjustable size or length. The band includes a first band element with a body extending from a first to a second end, and the body may include a recessed surface or other receiving portion. The wearable band further includes a second band element or slidable extension with a body extending from a first to a second end. To provide user-selectable sizing, the second band element may be selectively positioned by sliding within the receiving portion of the first band element body so as to extend inward a desired engagement depth from the second end of the first band element body. A portion of the second band element body extends outward from the opening of first band element body such that this extending portion and a length of the first band element body combine to define an overall length of the wearable band assembly.

Two-piece wristband with slidable extension for user-selectable sizing

A wearable band with an adjustable size or length and with an interchangeable identification (ID) element. The band includes a first band element with a recessed surface for receiving and retaining the identification element such as with its included ID module extending through a hole in the first band element body. To allow user sizing, the wearable band includes a second band element with a planar body extending from a first to a second end. The second band element body is greater in length than the first band element body and includes a hole for receiving the first band element body. The band includes a coupling mechanism that detachably connects an outer sidewall of the first band element body to the inner sidewall of the second band element body, e.g., to allow the two band elements to be selectively disconnected and reassembled without tools.
