A refrigerated food service counter includes a case having sidewalls that define an interior space. A refrigeration unit is in thermal communication with the sidewalls of the case. A bracket is disposed within the interior space, and a food service pan is supported by the bracket. A cooling bar is movably attached to the bracket. The cooling bar is positioned proximate the food service pan and in thermal communication with a select sidewall of the case. The refrigeration unit draws heat from the sidewalls. The select sidewall in turn draws heat from the cooling bar, and the cooling bar in turn draws heat from the food service pan.

A food chilling apparatus for rapidly decreasing the temperature of liquid and semiliquid cooked foods. The food chilling apparatus having a stand portion, a base portion, and a pot portion. The stand portion having a motor, an attachment portion, and a vertical structural member. The base portion having a baseplate, an output shaft, and a cradle, wherein the pot portion is removably attached to the cradle. The food chilling apparatus further comprising a paddle.

Food chilling apparatus

A device for preventing magnetically attractable flatware and other objects from falling into a food disposer. Round tubes containing magnets are arranged parallel to one another across a collar at the mouth of the disposer. Each tube contains an assembly of cylindrical magnets, separated by spacers, which are magnetized and oriented to provide a strong attractive force around the tube.
