Disclosed are system and methods for digitally capturing, labeling, and analyzing data representing shared experiences between a service provider and a customer. The shared experience data is used to identify, test, and implement value-added improvements, enhancements, and augmentations to the shared experience and to monitor and ensure the quality of customer service. The improvements can be implemented as customer service process modifications, precision learning and targeted coaching for agents rendering customer service, process compliance monitoring, and as knowledge curation for a knowledge bot software application that facilitates automation of tasks and provides a natural language interface for accessing historical knowledge bases and solutions.

Systems and methods for digital analysis, test, and improvement of customer experience

An electrodynamic machine, such as an electric induction motor (10), has a frame (12); at least one bearing housing (16) attached to the frame, including a bearing (18); and a shaft (14) rotatively mounted to the bearing within the frame. A second housing, such as a fan housing (20), defines at least one generally tapered, mating shoulder surface (24). The second housing is attached to the bearing housing along a fixed reference plane with respect to the shaft centerline. The device has at least one fastener (26, 28) defining a generally tapered shoulder surface (40), which abuts the corresponding second housing shoulder surface (24) as the fastener is tightened. At least one of the abutting second housing (24) and fastener (40) shoulder surfaces defines a convex tapered portion and the other of the respective abutting shoulders (24, 40) defines a concave tapered portion, so that tightening the fastener registers the second housing portion along the reference plane. The motor achieves self-registration of the housing with respect to a desired reference plane as the housing is installed during manufacture or reinstalled during subsequent servicing, so that instrumentation devices, such as tachometers (42), that are attached to the housing are registered in a desired position with respect to the reference plane.

Electrodynamic machine having self-aligning housing mounting system

A temperature activated fan assembly preferably for an electric motor. The assembly includes a fan, a torque transfer means engagable with the fan for transferring torque to the fan and a first member which expands in response to a temperature increase. The expansion of the first member causes the torque transfer means to engage the fan. The first member is situated within the motor such that the first member causes the fan to operate when a critical temperature in the motor is reached. The first member can be fabricated as a rod or coil from a material having a suitably high coefficient of thermal expansion. The first member can also be fabricated from a memory material.
