The substrate has a through slot that passes through an upper surface of the substrate and a lower surface of the substrate. The composite layer includes an ultrasonic body and a protective layer. A lower surface of the ultrasonic body is exposed from the through slot. The protective layer covers the ultrasonic body and a partial upper surface of the substrate. The protective layer has an opening, from which a partial upper surface of the ultrasonic body is exposed. The conducting material is in contact with the upper surface of the ultrasonic body. The base material covers the through slot, such that a space is formed among the through slot, the lower surface of the ultrasonic body and an upper surface of the base material.

Wafer level ultrasonic chip module having suspension structure and manufacturing method thereof

A wafer scale ultrasonic sensing device includes a substrate assembly, an ultrasonic component, a first protective layer, a first conductive circuit, a second conductive circuit, a second protective layer, a conductive material, electrical connection layers, and soldering portions. The substrate assembly includes a first wafer and a second wafer, and the second wafer covers a groove on the first wafer to define a hollow chamber. The first wafer, the second wafer, and the first protective layer are coplanar with the first conductive circuit on a first side surface and coplanar with the second conductive circuit on a second side surface. The second protective layer has an opening, where the conductive material is in the opening and is in contact with the ultrasonic component. The electrical connection layers are on the first side surface and the second side surface, and the soldering portions are respectively connected to the electrical connection layers.

Wafer scale ultrasonic sensing device and manufacturing method thereof

An ultrasonic module and a manufacturing method for ultrasonic module are provided. The ultrasonic module includes a substrate, a composite layer, and a covering layer. The substrate has an upper surface. The composite layer has a top surface, a bottom surface, and a recessed surface recessed toward the bottom surface. The bottom surface is on the upper surface of the substrate. One or more space is formed between the recessed surface and the upper surface. The composite layer has one or more first groove extending from the top surface toward the recessed surface. The first groove separates the composite layer into a circuit structure and an ultrasonic structure connected to the circuit structure. The covering layer is assembled on the top surface of the composite layer.

Ultrasonic module and method for manufacturing the same

A spacer manufacturing device is disclosed. The device includes a photo mask having a central light-transmitting region and a peripheral light-transmitting region disposed at a periphery of the central light-transmitting region; and an exposure device right opposite to the photo mask. Light emitted from the exposure device is irradiated to a negative photoresist material after passing through the photo mask, the light intensity passing through the peripheral light-transmitting region is less than the light intensity passing through the central light-transmitting region. A spacer is also disclosed. Only one exposure process is required to realize the spacer having a convex-shaped cross section. The process is simple and the manufacturing cost is low. At the same time, flatness of the convex shoulder of the spacer having a convex-shaped cross section is adjustable, which can satisfy the requirement for manufacturing spacers having different specifications.

Spacer and manufacturing device for the same

A liquid crystal panel, a TFT substrate, and a detection method for TFT substrates are disclosed. The TFT substrate includes a plurality of pixel cells. The secondary pixel area of the first pixel cell in the (2n+1)-th row electrically connects to the capacitor of the second pixel cell in the (2n+2)-th row, and the secondary pixel area of the first pixel cell in the (2n+2)-th row electrically connects to the capacitor of the first pixel cell in the (2n+1)-th row. Different voltage signals are respectively provided to the first pixel cell and the second pixel cell. In this way, the short-circuit between the capacitor and the secondary pixel area within the same pixel cell may be detected, and thus may be repaired in time so as to enhance the product reliability.

Provided is a sludge drying composite conditioner. The sludge drying composite conditioner comprises a Fenton's reagent or/and Fenton-like reagent and a matrix construct, the weight ratio between the Fenton's reagent or/and the Fenton-like reagent and the matrix construct is 1:0.05 to 300, and the matrix construct is powder. Further provided is an application method of the sludge drying composite conditioner, which comprises the steps of: adding a Fenton's reagent or/and Fenton-like reagent in a sludge, performing stirring and mixing, and performing an oxidation reaction; and adding a matrix construct to the sludge added with the Fenton's reagent or/and Fenton-like reagent and performing stirring and mixing. For the sludge drying composite conditioner, through the coordinated effect of the Fenton's reagent or/and Fenton-like reagent and the powder matrix construct, the extracellular polymeric substances in the sludge are effectively damaged, the compressibility of organic matter is reduced, and the drying performance of sludge is improved. The application method thereof has a simple working process and easily controllable conditions and reduces the drying time for sludge, thereby achieving large-scale treatment of sludge.

The present invention provides a pixel structure, comprising a pixel layer and data lines, wherein the pixel layer comprises a plurality of pixel areas, and each of the pixel areas comprises an upper area and a lower area, and one lateral side of the upper area and one lateral side of the lower area are respectively provided with one keel, and the pixel layer and the data lines are located in different layers, and projections of the data lines at the pixel layer coincide with the keels. By employing the keels in the pixel areas to cover the data lines under the pixel areas, the data lines can shield light for one lateral side of the pixel areas where the keels are provided for achieving the technical result of reducing the non-display area, increasing the display area and raising the aperture ratio.

A spacer manufacturing device is disclosed. The device includes a photo mask having a central light-transmitting region and a peripheral light-transmitting region disposed at a periphery of the central light-transmitting region; and an exposure device right opposite to the photo mask. The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a color filter, a color filter, and a liquid crystal panel. The method comprises: providing a substrate; and forming a plurality of color resistances on the substrate one by one using a color resistance forming process, with boundaries of adjacent color resistances being overlapped with each other. The color resistance forming process comprises: coating a photoresist material on the substrate to form a color resistance unit thereof; exposing the color resistance unit, with a light intensity received at the boundary of the color resistance unit being smaller than that received by the main body of the color resistance unit. Through the present invention, dark pixel lines at the boundary overlaps can be eliminated, and transmittance of the product can be enhanced.

Method for manufacturing color filter, color filter, and liquid crystal display panel

The present invention teaches an array substrate and a liquid crystal (LCD) panel including the array substrate. The array substrate contains a substrate, a number of scan lines, a number of data lines, and a number of common scan lines. The scan lines and the common scan lines are alternately interleaved with the data lines on the substrate so as to form a number of pixel units. Each pixel unit contains a main pixel unit and a sub pixel unit. The sub pixel units from two neighboring pixel units share a common scan line which drives the two sub pixel units simultaneously. As such, the number of common scan lines is reduced, thereby enhancing pixel aperture ratio.

Array substrate and liquid crystal display panel including the same

The present disclosure provides a liquid crystal display panel, comprising a plurality of pixels disposed in an array formed by a plurality of data lines and a plurality of scan lines in an orthogonal configuration, wherein the plurality of data lines comprise a first data line corresponding to each column of pixels; and at least one second data line corresponding to each column of pixels or corresponding to at least two adjacent columns of pixels in a group, said at least one second data line not being connected with any pixel in any column, and the sum of change of an input signal of said at least one second data line and that of a pixel driving signal of each column of pixels or of said at least two adjacent columns of pixels in a group being zero, so that a common electrode voltage would not deviate from a predetermined voltage. Therefore, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the phenomenon that the common electrode voltage would deviate due to the couple effect of the data lines can be greatly reduced, thus the horizontal crosstalk resulted from the coupled common electrode voltage can be reduced.

Liquid crystal display panel

A liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display comprising the same are disclosed. The liquid crystal display panel comprise: a plurality of pixels configured in an array, which is formed by a plurality of data lines and a plurality of scan lines that are arranged perpendicularly with respect to the plurality of data lines. The plurality of scan lines comprise: at least two scan lines arranged in correspondence with each line of pixels, the at least two scan lines being alternately connected to each successive pixel located in a corresponding line, wherein each line of pixels is scanned in a plurality of individual time periods. During each time period, when pixel drive signals are input into pixels connected to one of the at least two scan lines via corresponding data lines, the sum of the variation of the pixel drive signals and the variation of input signals of data lines corresponding to pixels connected to the rest of the at least two scan lines equals 0, so that a common electrode voltage will not deviate from a pre-determined voltage. As a result, the phenomenon of deviation generated due to couplings of the common-electrode voltage to data lines can be largely relieved, thus eliminating the phenomenon of horizontal crosstalk caused thereby in the prior art.

Liquid crystal display panel with at least two scan lines for each line of pixels and relieved horizontal crosstalk

A detection circuit of a display panel and a detection method thereof are disclosed. The detection circuit includes two detection lines respectively for providing scan signals for each row of pixel units. One of the detection lines is only connected to one scan line of the pixel unit and the other one of the detection lines is connected to another scan line of the pixel unit. By way of connecting two scan lines of the pixel unit to different detection lines and applying different voltages respectively thereto, the present invention can detect abnormalities of the display panel.
