A replacing-type upper cover plate structure of notebook computer is disclosed. It includes a cover plate having an embedded element, and a containing frame having a groove bonding with the embedded element. The replacing-type upper cover plate structure, through a preferred module bonding mode, makes the upper and the lower shell tight-fit to bond for achieving the efficacy of protecting the interior and exterior elements of the cover plate. A vehicle air freshener is constructed to include a bottle holding a color fluid and a volatile liquid perfume floating on the color fluid, a socket fastened to the bottle neck of the bottle to hold an absorptive core member that dissipates the volatile liquid perfume into air outside the bottle, a weight-attached ornament set in the volatile liquid perfume and the color fluid, a base fastened to the bottom side of the bottle and adapted to support the vehicle air freshener on a surface; and a bottle cap fastened to the bottle neck of the bottle around the socket, the bottle cap having a center through hole, which receives the bottleneck of the bottle, and a plurality of wire holes for mounting cord members.

The present invention is to provide a magnetic lock mountable on an electronic device, which comprises an upper and a lower magnetic plates respectively formed on an upper and a lower housings of the electronic device, enabling the electronic device to be automatically locked due to the attraction between a plurality of magnetic members disposed on the corresponding positions of the upper and lower magnetic plates having different polarities when the upper housing is covered the lower housing. Alternatively, when the upper magnetic plate is moved a predetermined distance, the corresponding magnetic members on the upper and lower magnetic plates are in turn having the same polarity to repel with each other, enabling the upper and lower housings of the electronic device to be automatically unlocked.
