A connector housing assembly comprises a housing defining an accommodation space having a left side wall and a right side wall opposite to each other in a transverse direction of the housing. A partition member is inserted into the accommodation space for dividing the accommodation space into an upper insertion chamber and a lower insertion chamber. A shielding member is installed within the partition member and includes elastic contacts extending from lateral sides of the partition member for pressing on the left and right side walls of the accommodation space.

Connector housing assembly

A connector housing includes an accommodation space defined by four walls and formed with an insertion port. The four walls include a first wall extending in a first plane and a second wall extending in a second plane perpendicular to the first plane, the first wall is connected with the second wall at a corner of the connector housing. A first positioning groove is disposed in an edge of the first wall proximate to the insertion port and a first positioning tooth is disposed on an edge of the second wall. The first positioning tooth extends in the first plane by vertically bending and engaging within the first positioning groove. The first positioning tooth and the first positioning groove have a first locking feature preventing the first positioning tooth from being disengaged from the first positioning groove in a direction perpendicular to the second plane.

Connector housing

A connector housing includes a housing body having a socket adapted to receive an external electronic module inserted in an insertion direction and a shielding sheet having a first elastic sheet disposed on an inner side of the housing body, a second elastic sheet disposed on an outer side of the housing body, and a first bent portion connected between the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet and adapted to be clamped on an edge of the socket. The housing body has an outer wall with a mounting passageway. A free end of the first elastic sheet and/or the second elastic sheet has a pair of lap portions on a pair of sides parallel to the insertion direction. The free end of the first elastic sheet and/or the second elastic sheet is slidably engaged with the mounting passageway in the insertion direction.

Shielding sheet and connector housing with the shielding sheet

A clamping mechanism adapted to clamp a heat sink on a housing of an electronic device comprises a frame, a plurality of mounting legs connected on the frame, and a plurality of elastic tabs obliquely extending from the frame towards the heat sink. The frame has a rectangular shape and includes a first arm adapted to be connected to a front end of the housing, a second arm adapted to be connected to a rear end of the housing, and a pair of third arms connected between the first arm and the second arm. The mounting legs are configured to mount the frame on the housing. The elastic tabs press the heat sink against the housing. Each of the third arms has at least one of the elastic tabs.

Clamping mechanism for heat sink and electronic device assembly including the same

A connector comprises a cage and a top cover. The cage has a lower portion received in an opening of a circuit board in an insertion direction. A thickness of the lower portion in the insertion direction is disposed in the opening in an assembled position. The top cover is attached to an outer wall of the cage and has a plurality of pins. The pins are inserted in the insertion direction into a plurality of insertion holes extending through the circuit board around the opening in the assembled position.

Connector and connector assembly

A connector assembly is provided and includes a circuit board, an elastic connector, a cage, and a heat exchanger. The circuit board includes a heat exchanger opening passing there through. The elastic connector is positioned about the heat exchanger opening. The cage includes a bottom cage with a cage opening facing a first surface of the circuit board. The heat exchanger is positioned on the bottom cage, such that one side of the heat exchanger passes through the cage opening to protrude inside the cage and an opposite side of the heat exchanger passes through the heat exchanger opening to protrude from a second surface of the circuit board opposite to the first surface.

Connector, connector assembly and apparatus

A housing assembly for electronic devices has a base housing and a first secondary housing. The base housing has a first upper wall, a first lower wall, a first wall, a second wall, and a first device receiving space. The first secondary housing is detachably mounted to an outer side of the second wall, and has a second upper wall, a second lower wall, a connecting wall, and a second device receiving space defined by the second wall together with the second upper wall, the second lower wall and the connecting wall of the first secondary housing.

Cage assembly for electrical devices

An insulating housing for receiving an electronic apparatus has an upper housing, a lower housing connected to the upper housing, and a device receiving space positioned between the upper housing and the lower housing. Two upper sidewalls are positioned on opposite edges of the upper housing. Two lower sidewalls are positioned on opposite edges of the lower housing, each of the lower sidewalls being connected with one of the upper sidewalls. Each lower sidewall has a first lower sidewall, and a second lower sidewall independent from the first lower sidewall that is positioned proximate to a device receiving end of the insulating housing.

Cage of electronic apparatus

A connector housing is provided and includes a single sheet of material having a top wall, a pair of side walls, rear end wall, a bottom wall, and a pair of partition members. The bottom wall includes a first bottom wall portion integrally connected with one of the pair of side walls, a second bottom wall portion integrally connected with the other of the pair of side walls, and a third bottom wall portion separated from and assembled to the first and second bottom wall portions. The pair of partition members is disposed between the top wall and the bottom wall to divide an inner receiving space that is defined by the top wall, the pair of side walls and the bottom wall into three insertion ports.

The present invention discloses a connector housing comprising: an upper housing portion; a lower housing portion located below the upper housing portion; and at least three partition members located an inner space defined by the upper housing portion and the lower housing portion for partitioning the inner space into at least four insertion ports. At least one pair of the at least three partition members are connected to each other through a connecting plate so as to form a frame part in a general '' shape; and the connecting plate is stacked onto a corresponding bottom of the lower housing portion. Thus, the amount of the partition members forming the connector housing is reduced, the structural strength of the entire connector housing may be increased, and a dimensional accuracy of each insertion port is reliably ensured.

A connector housing is provide and includes a single sheet of material, a plurality of first connection members, and a plurality of second connection members. The single sheet of material includes a top wall, a pair of side walls, a bottom wall having a first bottom wall portion and a second bottom wall portion connected to the pair of side walls, and a partition member disposed between the top wall and the bottom wall to partition an inner space defined by the top wall, the pair of side walls and the bottom wall. The plurality of first connection members are disposed along one of the pair of longitudinal edge portions, while the plurality of second connection members are disposed along the other of the pair of longitudinal edge portions. The plurality of first connection members are keyed with the plurality of second connection members, respectively.

A stacked electrical connector having an insulation body, a plurality of contacts, an external case, and an internal case. The insulation body includes a pair of plugs and a separation member disposed between the pair of plugs for separating the pair of plugs. The plurality of contacts are disposed on the pair of plugs. The external case encloses the insulation body, while the internal case encloses the separation member. The internal case has at least two support legs extending out of the external case from two sides of the internal case respectively, to secure the electrical connector on a circuit board. By providing the support legs on the internal case, the material cost of the connector can be reduced and the workability of the support legs can be improved.
