A cyclic dinucleotide analogue, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and application. A cyclic dinucleotide analogue (I), an isomer thereof, a prodrug, a stable isotope derivative, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt has the following structure. The cyclic dinucleotide analogue can be used as a regulator of a stimulator of interferon genes (STING) and a related signal path thereof, and can effectively treat and/or relieve multiple types of diseases, including but not limited to malignant tumors, inflammations, autoimmune diseases, and infectious diseases. In addition, the STING regulator can also be used as a vaccine adjuvant.

A process of making p-xylcne comprising processing a mixed feedstock containing benzene, toluene, Caromatic hydrocarbons, Cand higher aromatic hydrocarbons, and non-aromatic hydrocarbons through a series of operations and various units, including a Cand higher aromatic hydrocarbon dealkylation unit, a toluene selective disproportionate unit, an adsorption separation unit, an isomerization unit, and a crystallization separation unit.

Integrated process for the production of P-xylene

A process for the disproportionation and transalkylation of toluene and the heavy aromatics comprises: subjecting a first stream of toluene, and a stream enriched in aromatics of nine carbon atoms to toluene disproportionation and transalkylation reactions in the presence of hydrogen in a first reaction zone to produce a first product mixture comprising benzene, aromatics of eight carbon atoms and heavy aromatics of ten and more carbon atoms; subjecting a second stream of toluene, and a stream enriched in heavy aromatics of ten and more carbon atoms to transalkylation reaction in the presence of hydrogen in a second reaction zone to produce a second product mixture comprising benzene, aromatics of eight carbon atoms and aromatics of nine carbon atoms; and isolating and recovering benzene and aromatics of eight carbon atoms from the first and second product mixtures.

Process for the disproportionation and transalkylation of toluene and heavy aromatics

A complete new process for producing p-xylene is provided to solve the problems in the prior arts of the great amount of benzene as a by-product and the requirement of low content of Cheavy aromatics in the feedstock. The process comprises first subjecting benzene and Caromatics to alkyl transfer reaction to produce toluene and Caromatics, then conducting toluene selective disproportionation, and molecular sieve adsorptive separation and isomerization of Caromatics, to obtain p-xylene.
