A workpiece conveyance device is used for a pressing device. The workpiece conveyance device includes a support member supporting a holding component usable to detachable hold a workpiece, a lever unit including a first lever portion and a second lever portion, a lever unit support body supporting the lever unit, a first lever support portion provided to the lever unit support body, and a second lever support portion provided to the lever unit support body. The second lever portion is provided between the first lever portion and the support member. The second lever portion is rotatably linked to the first lever portion. The lever unit pivotably supports the support member. The first lever support portion pivotably supports the first lever portion. The second lever support portion slidably and pivotably supports the second lever portion.

Workpiece conveyance device

A workpiece conveyance device is used for a press device. The workpiece conveyance device includes a support component, first and second moving members, a driver, and a transmission mechanism. The support component supports a holder that detachably holds a workpiece. The first moving member pivotably supports the support component. The first and second moving members are movable in the up and down direction. The driver moves the second moving member in the up and down direction. The transmission mechanism transmits an up and down movement of the second moving member to the first moving member so as to move the first moving member in the up and down direction in conjunction with the up and down movement of the second moving member. The transmission mechanism causes an amount of movement of the first moving member to be greater than an amount of movement of the second moving member.

A workpiece transport device is used in a press machine. The workpiece transport device includes a pair of supports and drive mechanisms. The pair of supports support a holder useable to hold a workpiece, so as to allow movement in a transport direction of a workpiece. The drive mechanisms are provided to the pair of supports. The drive mechanisms are configured to move the supports in an up and down direction and a width direction. Each drive mechanism includes a first drive component and a second drive component with each including an electric motor as a drive source, a first link mechanism connecting the first drive component and the support, and a second link mechanism connecting the second drive component and the support.

Workpiece transport device

A connecting device connecting a remaining bar and a movable bar of a transfer bar includes a remaining-side clamp and a movable-side clamp. The clamps respectively have a male fitted portion and a female fitted portion that are fitted to one another around a connecting direction, defining a first connector. A male engagement portion and a female engagement portion are provided inside the clamps, defining a second connector. The female engagement portion of the second connector includes a sphere in a form of a movable member moving in a direction orthogonal to the connecting direction. A movement of the sphere effects an engagement and disengagement of the female engagement portion from the male engagement portion.

Transfer bar

A workpiece transfer apparatus includes: a feed driving mechanism that drives a transfer bar in a workpiece transfer direction; and a lift/clamp driving mechanism that drives the transfer bar in a lift direction and a clamp direction. The lift/clamp driving mechanism includes: a support of the transfer bar; first and second carriers movable in the clamp direction; first and second carrier driving mechanisms that drive the first and second carriers; a parallel link that rotatably connects the first carrier with the support; and a driving link that rotatably connects a first link of the parallel link and the second carrier. A first guide that guides the first carrier and a second guide that guides the second carrier are parallel to each other and are shifted from each other in the workpiece transfer direction.

Work transfer apparatus for press machine, and work transfer unit

A work piece conveyor whose structure is simplified and downsized with the intention of achieving cost reduction, an improved degree of freedom in setting a motion pattern and improved productive efficiency. The workpiece conveyor is such that a cross bar carrier for supporting a cross bar provided with vacuum cups is movably attached, through a linear movement mechanism, to a feed lever which is oscillating-driven along a workpiece conveying direction, thereby making the relative distance between the center of oscillation of the rocking element and the cross bar variable.
