An oven includes a housing provided with a device for supplying steam into the interior of the housing, in connection with the setting of a cooking condition, such as the temperature and/or relative humidity, and also a conveyor belt which passes through the housing and on which food products to be heated can be accommodated. The conveyor belt passes through at least one path with one or more windings disposed above one another. The device for supplying steam has at least one steam outlet for delivering steam at the level of the radially innermost part of a winding.

A device for coating food products with granular material, for example breadcrumb material, comprises a rotating conveyor belt which is permeable to the granular material and on which the food products can be held, guide plates which extend beneath at least a section of the top part and the bottom part of the conveyor belt, a feed, which opens out above the top part of the conveyor belt, for the granular material, a diverter for guiding the granular material from the top part to the bottom part of the a conveyor belt and back, as well as conveyor for conveying granular material from the top part of the conveyor belt to the feed. A selection device to which granular material is fed from the top part of the conveyor belt is situated between the top part and the bottom part of the conveyor belt, via which selection device selected granular material is fed to the bottom part of the conveyor belt.

Device for coating with breadcrumbs

An oven comprises a housing with at least two zones, which are each provided with a device for setting a cooking state in the relevant zone, such as the temperature and relative humidity, as well as a conveyor belt, which runs through each of the zones and on which food products to be heated can be held, which conveyor belt has at least one path with a plurality of windings. These two zones are situated one above the other. Each zone has at least one ventilation device and also a heating device for circulating hot air through that zone and parallel to the boundary region between two zones.

An oven for preparing food products comprises a housing, a conveyor belt which is movable through the housing and on which the food products can be arranged, which conveyor belt follows a helical path, heating elements and booster devices for generating a stream of hot air through the housing in connection with heating the food products arranged on the belt. In the housing there are guide elements for guiding the stream of hot air over the belt in such a way that the products are uniformly heated in the transverse direction of the belt.
