An artificial fiber meat includes a plurality of fibers, and each of the fibers includes 45 to 95 parts by weight of a vegetable protein and 15 to 35 parts by weight of an alginate, in which a molecular weight distribution range of the vegetable protein is between 15 kDa and 165 kDa.

A breathable water resistant film provided by the present disclosure includes a base cloth and a nanofiber layer disposed on the base cloth, wherein the nanofiber layer is formed by an electrospinning solution including a first additive and a second additive. The first additive includes a nylon copolymer and an alcohol, and the second additive includes a polysilazane resin and a perfluoropolyether-modified polysilazane resin.

Breathable water resistant film

An ion-exchange membrane is provided, and the fibers of the ion-exchange membrane are obtained by electrospinning. The electrospinning solution contains 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 10-100 parts by weight of a modifier, 10-100 parts by weight of an ion exchanger, and 100-2,500 parts by weight of water. The modifier has a reactive group that can react with the hydroxyl groups of the PVA. The ion exchanger has a polar functional group that can form hydrogen bonds with the hydroxyl groups of the PVA, and has an anion group that can provide ion-exchange ability.

A roller type electrostatic spinning apparatus is disclosed, which includes an electrostatic spinning solution impregnation mechanism having a tank for containing an electrostatic spinning solution and a sizing roller rolled in the tank, a chain emitting electrode touching the sizing roller to coat the electrostatic spinning solution onto the chain emitting electrode, a collecting electrode, and a high-voltage power supply connected to the chain emitting electrode and the collecting electrodes respectively.

Roller type electrostatic spinning apparatus

An electrospinning apparatus is described. The electrospinning apparatus has a rotary nozzle mechanism that moves simultaneously along a non-linear track for forming polymeric fibrils, so that the polymeric fibrils can be piled to form a uniform web on a receiving carrier from any receiving angle. Therefore, the electrospinning apparatus resolves problems of the prior polymeric fibrils, such as various distribution and slow production rate. In addition, a method of manufacturing polymeric fibrils in the aforementioned electrospinning apparatus is further described.

Method for manufacturing polymeric fibrils

A method for manufacturing an electrode of a supercapacitor is provided. First, a poly(acrylonitrile) (PAN) fabric is provided. The PAN fabric includes a plurality of PAN fibers each having a diameter of about 50-500 nm. Then, the PAN fabric undergoes a heat treatment so that the PAN fibers are carbonized to form a carbon fiber textile. The carbon fiber fabric includes a plurality of carbon fibers each having a diameter of about 50-500 nm. The surface of each carbon fiber is nano-porous having a plurality of nano pores of about 1-50 nm in diameter. The total surface area of the nano pores account for about 85-95% of the total surface area of the carbon fibers. The carbon fiber fabric is then cut to acquire the electrode of the supercapacitor.

Apparatus and method for manufacturing polymeric fibrils

An electrostatic spinning apparatus includes a feeding device, at least one linear electrode, at least one collecting electrode, and a high-voltage power supply. The feeding device includes a tank and a roller and an electrostatic spinning solution is contained in the tank. The roller is rolled in the tank. The linear electrode is contact with the roller to absorb the electrostatic spinning solution onto the linear electrode. The collecting electrode is disposed equidistantly to the linear electrode. The high-voltage power supply is connected with the linear electrode and the collecting electrode to opposite charge the linear electrode and the collecting electrode. The electrostatic spinning solution is guided to the collecting electrode from linear electrode and formed an electrostatic spinning fiber.
