A pressure regulator for regulating fuel pressure in an internal combustion engine, containing a valve including a closing member forced into a valve seat by the action of an angularly shaped valve leaf spring one arm of which is braced on the closing member and the other arm is braced on a support member of a regulator housing. In the region of its angled portion, the leaf spring is fixed on a pin supported in the regulator housing, and the bearing of the pin in the regulator housing contains side walls of the regulator housing that wrap around bearing bores in the valve leaf spring with parallel spacing and that extend substantially perpendicular to the pin. The side walls are overlapped at least in part by tabs that are connected to the support member of the regulator housing and are provided with bearing bores for the pin which are coaxial relative to the bearing bores in the side walls.

Pressure regulator

A pressure regulator for a fuel supply system of an internal combustion engine for regulating a fuel pressure, including a valve, having a valve ball forced against a valve seat into the closing position by the action of a valve leaf spring. With the valve open, at least some of the fuel flow that flows around the valve ball is deflected against an impact face coupled with the valve leaf spring for generating a flow force oriented counter to the closing force of the valve leaf spring. As a result, the pressure regulating performance of the pressure regulator is improved.

In known delivery systems, a pump chamber and a revolving impeller in the pump chamber rotating about a pump axis, in which protuberances are provided inside the pump chamber on predetermined end walls, it is disadvantageous that the protuberances very and are complicated to make. In the delivery system of the invention, the friction in the pump chamber is reduced and the efficiency is improved by providing spacers, which space the impeller apart from the end walls of the pump chamber. That the protuberances are disposed in at least one ring around the pump axis.

Delivery system

In a throttle valve actuator unit having a throttle valve neck that contains a pivotable throttle valve and having a drive chamber for receiving an electric drive mechanism for the throttle valve and for receiving an electric connection plug for a plug connection to a control unit, in order to reduce the production costs while maintaining the many customer-specific characteristics, the drive chamber is enclosed by a housing module, and the throttle valve neck is attached as a separate part to the housing module and secured thereto.

Throttle-valve actuating unit

The flow pump has an impeller, driven in a pump chamber and having a ring of blades spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction on at least one end face and ending at the face end of the impeller and cooperate therewith to define blade chambers. In the pump chamber, at least one feed conduit in the form of a split ring cooperates with the ring of blades on the impeller, and at least one intake opening discharging into the feed conduit is embodied in a pump chamber wall that defines the pump chamber in the direction of the pivot axis of the impeller. In an initial region at the at least one intake opening and/or in the circumferential direction of the impeller, adjoining the impeller, the feed conduit extends radially farther inward than the blade chamber bottom of the impeller, and the transition between a radially inner blade chamber bottom of the blade chambers and the associated face end of the impeller has a chamfer or rounded corner.

Pump for pumping fuel from a tank to an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle

Due to the fact that the wall ( ) forming the boundary of the pump chamber ( ) with the outside is integrated with the housing ( ), no separate steps are required to manufacture and assemble said wall and housing, and the pump chamber ( ) is sealed off completely from the outside of the housing ( ), because no joints are present that would have to be sealed off.

Aggregate for conveying fuel

A rotor for an electric motor includes a commutator and a rotor shaft with a rotor winding that is contained in a rotor body supported on the rotor shaft in a rotationally fixed manner. The commutator has commutator lamellas that are disposed axially next to one another in the circumference direction with an insulation gap and have connection lugs for attachment of connecting wires of the rotor winding. In a region between the commutator and the rotor body, an additional winding is wound around the connecting wires in order to fix or stabilize the connecting wires. The rotor is provided for electric motors used in vehicle construction.

A known hydraulic vehicle brake system has an anti-skid valve assembly. By this assembly, the at least one wheel brake can be temporarily disconnected from the master brake cylinder and connected to one inlet of a return pump, which furnishes the quantities of pressure fluid flowing out of the wheel brakes both to a damper chamber and, via a damper throttle, to the master brake cylinder and/or the at least one wheel brake. The disadvantage is that all of the pressure fluid pumped by the return pump can sometimes reach the master brake cylinder, disagreeably moving the brake pedal in the direction of its outset position. This can annoy a driver and should be avoided. The improved vehicle brake system has a valve, which in anti-skid operation can be blocked, located between the damper throttle and the master brake cylinder and also has a bypass throttle bypassing the valve. As a result, during anti-skid operation, the brake pedal is not displaced to such an annoying extent.

A quiet closure check valve, including a housing having a valve seat toward the housing, a ball is associated with the valve seat to close the valve. The ball is received longitudinally displaceably in a recess of a spring-loaded support element that is defined by a bottom and a collar-like portion. Upon closure of the check valve, the support element rests on the housing, by spring action. The ball is lifted from the bottom of the support element and applied to the valve seat by the pressure of the fluid, in a manner free of spring forces. In this way, bothersome vibration of the ball is avoided.

Check valve

A vehicle brake system comprising a hydraulically controllable 2/2-way valve, which has a first control inlet and a second control inlet. The first control inlet receives its control pressure from a first brake pressure source, while the second control inlet contrarily receives its control pressure from a second brake pressure source, such as a so-called return pump apparatus. The vehicle brake system can be used in passenger cars, vans, small buses, and small trucks as well as motor cycles.
