A vaccine comprising antigen and a matrix of biodegradable polymer blend, wherein the polymer blend comprises hydrophobic polymer and amphiphilic block copolymer, and the vaccine exists in form of microcapsules that comprise a multi-cavity structure inside, and has an average particle diameter of preferably 10-100 μm and more preferably 30-60 μm, and is prepared by means of the following method: making porous microspheres from the polymer blend, then mixing the porous microspheres with antigen-containing solution, and then sealing openings of porous microspheres that have been loaded with the antigen-containing solution to form an opening-sealed microcapsule loaded with the antigen.

Microcapsule-based vaccine

Provided is an exosome, which is secreted by a hybrid cell formed by antigen-presenting cells phagocytosing the cell nuclei of tumor cells. Using the strategy of macrophages phagocytosing the cell nuclei of tumor cells achieves endogenous expression of tumor antigens on macrophages, and the exosome prepared has good capabilities of targeting to lymph nodes and tumors dually.

Vaccine formulation, preparation method therefor and use thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of super-macroporous polymeric microspheres and a product thereof. The method is characterized in that adding high content of surfactant into an oil phase containing a monomer and dispersing the oil phase containing the monomer and the surfactant into an aqueous phase. Super-macroporous microspheres are obtained by means of suspension polymerization. In the interior of the microspheres, 10-60% of the pores are distributed in a range of 500-900 nm. The microspheres have a particle diameter of 1-200 &#x3bc;m and a porosity of 30%-90%. The product is suitable for being used as a stationary phase matrix in liquid chromatography, a carrier for high performance catalysts and a high performance adsorbent, and especially, being used as a separation medium for separating biomacromolecules.

Super-macroporous polymeric microspheres and preparation method thereof

The present invention relates to a membrane separation method and a relevant equipment, in particular to a method and an equipment for membrane separation utilizing concentration polarization during membrane filtration process, especially, to a concentration process and equipment and a drawer special for drawing a concentration polarization layer. The direct removal of the concentration polarization layer from membrane surface not only decreases the adverse influence of concentration polarization on membrane separation but also obtains concentrated retention components, thereby significantly improving the ability to maintain membrane flux, solving the twinborn problems concerning concentration polarization and membrane fouling during the membrane separation process, and achieving a high-efficiency concentration for retention components. The method and equipment of the present invention can be widely applied in various membrane techniques, in particular in a membrane separation process for concentrating biomacromolecule and organic micromolecule products such as sugars, organic acids and polypeptides etc.

Method, equipment and specific drawer for membrane separation utilizing concentration polarization

A method of fluorescence imaging is disclosed that uses a non-labeled fluorescent microsphere comprising a primary amine polymer, wherein the microsphere does not contain an additional fluorescent substance, and wherein at least one primary amine group in the primary amine polymer has the structure of &#x2014;N&#x2550;R&#x2014;, in which R is a residue after the reaction of an aldehyde-type cross-linking substance, and the other primary amine groups have the structure of &#x2014;NH. The fluorescence color of the microspheres can be adjusted by selecting different aldehyde-type cross-linking substances or combinations, and the fluorescence intensity of the microspheres can be controlled not only by the addition of the aldehyde-type cross-linking substances and the time of the cross-linking reaction, but also by adjusting the diameters of the microspheres.
