A cyclic peptide from a bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BrvIP2). The cyclic peptide from the novel BMP2 is selected from one of the following cyclic polypeptides: 1. a cyclic polypeptide having the sequence of CKIPKASSVPTELSAISMLYLGPGGDWIVAC (SEQ ID NO:1); and 2. a cyclic polypeptide of which the sequence has an 80% homology with the sequence defined in item 1. A preparation method for the cyclic peptide from the novel Blv1P2, and an application thereof in the preparation of the composite material for promoting the repair of large-sized bone defects.

Cyclic peptide from novel bone morphogenetic protein 2, preparation method therefor and application thereof

Provided are an inverted thick 2D hybrid perovskite solar cell insensitive to film thickness and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials. The solar cell adopts a 2D hybrid perovskite thick-film material as a light absorption layer having thickness in a range of 500-800 nm, which is conducive to the full absorption of sunlight. The thick-film film material can be deposited from a precursor solution added with guanidine hydroiodide, and is composed of large grains growing along the thickness direction. The solar cell with an inverted structure prepared by using the thick-film material as a light absorption layer has an efficiency fluctuation less than 5% in a film thickness range of 500-800 nm. This is of great value for the preparation of high-performance hybrid perovskite solar cells by a large-area solution method.

Inverted thick 2D hybrid perovskite solar cell insensitive to film thickness and method for preparing the same

A nanopore sensor comprises second electrophoresis electrode or micropump, second fluidic reservoir, second micro-nanometer separation channel, substrate, sub-nanometer-thick functional layer, first micro-nanometer separation channel, first electrophoresis electrode or micropump, and first electrophoresis electrode or micropump that are sequentially assembled. An opening and a nanopore are provided through the substrate and the sub-nanometer-thick functional layer, respectively. A first electrode for measuring ionic current is provided in the first micro-nanometer separation channel, and a second electrode for measuring ionic current is provide in the second micro-nanometer separation channel. The present invention provides a simple method to prepare a sub-nanometer functional layer having a nanopore extending through the sub-nanometer-thick functional layer. The pore size is comparable to the spacing between two adjacent bases in a DNA strand required for single-base resolution sequencing. The shape of nanopore overcomes nucleotide conformation effect on the identification as bases translocate through the nanopore.
