An antenna-in-package with a heat dissipation structure includes a circuit board, an antenna substrate, a chip, a plurality of heat dissipation fins, a chassis, and dielectric fluid. The circuit board has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The antenna substrate is disposed above the first surface of the circuit board. The chip is disposed between the antenna substrate and the first surface of the circuit board and is electrically connected to the antenna substrate. The plurality of heat dissipation fins protrude from the second surface of the circuit board. The chassis encapsulates the circuit board, the antenna substrate, the chip, and the plurality of heat dissipation fins. The dielectric fluid circulates and flows in the chassis through a cooling circulation device and is in direct contact with the plurality of heat dissipation fins.

An optical scanning system adapted to scan a sample on a chip is provided. The optical scanning system includes at least one optical scanning head, at least one scanning light source, a light receiving device and a processor. Each of at least one optical scanning head includes a focusing light source, a first optical guiding structure, and a control unit. The first optical guiding structure is configured to guide the focusing light emitted from the focusing light source to travel to the sample, and the first optical guiding structure is configured to guide the at least one scanning light emitted from the at least one scanning light source to the sample to generate a secondary light. The control unit is configured to control the first optical guiding structure to keep the focusing light and at least one scanning light focusing on a surface of the chip. The light receiving device receives the secondary light and generates a scanning electronic signal. The processor is electrically coupled to the light receiving device to dispose the scanning electronic signal.

An apparatus and a method for rendering three-dimensional stereoscopic images are provided. The apparatus comprises a multi-view processor, an object device, a depth device, and a block filling device. The multi-view processor obtains depth related data of a first pixel and a second pixel which are adjacent to each other on the input image, calculates a difference between the depth related data and determines whether the first pixel and the second pixel are continuous according to the difference. The object device executes a process of object detection to output contour information. The depth device executes a process of object judgment to output distance information. The block filling device detects a hole region in each viewpoint image, searches a search region adjacent to the hole region for a number of original pixels, and fills the hole region.

A computer implemented data processing method for recursively approximating a proper value for a target matrix includes the following steps of: determining whether the target matrix corresponds to a low complexity condition; if so, obtaining a first updated target matrix according to a first variance, relevant to a second iteration parameter, and a first iteration parameter, wherein the first and the second iteration parameters correspond to fixed values; if not, obtaining a second updated target matrix according to a second variance, relevant to a fourth iteration parameter, and a third iteration parameter, wherein the third and the fourth parameters are related to the target matrix.

Data processing method and device using the same

A carrier with the optical registration function is disclosed. The carrier allows the registration of inspected results of the sampling images of the sample to the corresponding address codes of the address coding site of the carrier.

An image processing method includes the following steps. An input data including a number of original data are received. The original data are converted into a number of converted emulation voltage signals. At least a simulation circuit model including at least a spatial data node, at least a diffusion node and at least a connection device is established, wherein, the at least a connection device is coupled to a part or all of the at least a spatial data node and the at least a diffusion node. A part or all of the converted emulation voltage signals are supplied to the diffusion node to achieve voltage diffusion among the spatial data nodes and the diffusion nodes via the connection device, so that at least a diffused emulation voltage signal is obtained on the diffusion nodes. Then, processed image data are generated according to the diffused emulation voltage signals.

Method for image processing and an apparatus thereof

A holographic data storing method includes the steps of: encoding original data to generate holographic data according to a codeword to symbol relation; and recording a hologram corresponding to the holographic data onto a holographic storage medium. In the codeword to symbol relation, a plurality of sample symbols corresponds to a plurality of codewords. Each of the sample symbols corresponds to a pattern having N*N pixels. There are M bright pixels in the N*N pixels, wherein N and M are positive integers and M is smaller than N*N. A hamming distance of the sample symbols is greater than or equal to 4, and a two-dimensional run-length of the sample symbols is greater than or equal to 2.

Holographic data storing method and storing device

An optical recoding carrier and an information recording method applying an amplitude shift keying (ASK) method or further a DC-biased ASK method are provided, wherein at least one periodically undulated section and at least one non-periodically undulated section are formed on the optical recording carrier to indicate specific information. The information recording method can be embodied as an addressing method of an optical disk for recording address information of tracks of the optical disk. A continuous track structure is provided on the optical recording carrier to save the available recording space and improve the information reading precision of the optical recording carrier. A hologram media reading apparatus including a reference light source, a stop with gray level aperture, and an optical sensor is provided. The reference light source is disposed on one side of a hologram medium, and capable of emitting a reference light beam. The reference light beam is transmitted to the hologram medium. The stop with gray level aperture and the reference light source are disposed on the same side or opposite sides of the hologram medium. The stop with gray level aperture has a light transmissive region, an opaque region, and a transmittance gradually varying region. The opaque region surrounds the light transmissive region. The transmittance gradually varying region surrounds the light transmissive region. A part of the reference beam from the hologram medium passes through the stop with gray level aperture and is transmitted to the optical sensor.

A holographic recoding medium is provided, having holographic pages. Each page has reference mark (RM) placement areas at fixed locations for placing RM patterns. The reference marks are used to calibrate data images of data areas each of which is enclosed by at least three RM regions. Hidden information of the medium is stored by an specific encoded pattern based on existence, types and arrangements of the RM marks.

A holographic storage and reproduction system and method with a servo are provided, wherein a servo mechanism is provided, such that the holographic interferogram is continuously stored in the holographic recording medium. When a reproduced signal is to be obtained, it can be retrieved quickly and accurately through the servo mechanism. Also, the intensity distribution of the reference light reflected by the holographic recording medium can be monitored and controlled, such that the relative distance and oblique angle between the storage and reproduction system and the holographic recording medium are analyzed and adjusted.

A system and method for recording and reproducing holographic interferogram with servos. A servo process is provided by the system and method to continuously record a holographic interferogram in a holographic recording medium with servo trace layers. Also, by the servo process, the intensity distribution of a reference beam is monitored, which is reflected by a reflecting mirror disposed on the other side of the holographic recording medium. By analyzing the distribution, one can adjust the distance and the incidence angle between the reflection mirror and the reference beam. Moreover, a plurality of servo tracks on different layers are provided for recording the holographic interferogram on different layers of holographic recording medium.

A system and a method for holographic storage mainly involve forming a holographic interference pattern in a holographic recording medium. The holographic storage system utilizes a light source to emit a coherent beam. The coherent beam is irradiated to a first reflector to form a divergent beam. The divergent beam is then irradiated to a second reflector to form collimating beams (a signal beam and a reference beam). The signal beam goes through a spatial light modulator (SLM) and is modulated by the SLM. After that, the reference beam and the modulated signal beam are irradiated to a convergent unit, and are directed to the holographic recording medium for forming the holographic interference pattern. The holographic storage system that the light source is split into a signal beam and a reference beam by a set of reflectors according to the reflection principle without involving refraction may employ wavelength multiplexing.

System and method for holographic storage

An automatic detecting device of land pre-pits signal is disclosed. The device adjusts gain of push-pull signals to raise the signal to noise ratio of the land pre-pits signal to the wobble signal. Digital logic computation is also utilized to recognize the practical position of the land pre-pits. The level automatic detection of the RC circuit and the fixed slice level compose an automatic slice level, which is the basis for detecting the land pre-pits. The disclosed device eliminates the drawback of not easy to obtain correct land pre-pits signal from written disks by the conventional of fixed land pre-pits slice level technology.
