A wire harness includes one or more electrically-conducting paths, a tubular shielding member configured to collectively accommodate the electrically-conducting paths, a braided shielding member including a cylindrical braided member and connected to an end of the tubular shielding member, and an annular crimping member including a fixing portion which fixedly connects the braided shielding member and the tubular shielding member by crimping, and a bent portion which is formed by bending an open end of the fixing portion to outside of the fixing portion.

Wire harness

A wire harness includes one or more conductive paths, and a conductive path protection member that covers the conductive path. The conductive path protection member is formed into a cylindrical shape by spirally winding a metal wire material and portions of the metal wire material positioned to be adjacent to each other contact with each other at side end faces opposed to each other.

A method of manufacturing an automobile high voltage wire harness includes setting a shrinkable tube which has a color to make the wire harness recognized as a high voltage one outside a metal pipe body which is an exterior member of one or a plurality of high voltage electrical pathway(s) wired in an automobile, making the shrinkable tube shrink to cover part of or all of the outer surface of the metal pipe body, and bending the metal pipe body to a predetermined position to be formed into a three-dimensional shape.

Method of manufacturing an automobile high voltage wire harness

A wire harness includes a high-voltage wire and a pipe member for receiving the high-voltage wire. The pipe member is provided, at a plurality of points thereon, with crushed portions formed by crushing a pipe outer surface inward. The crushed portions are formed as portions to which clamps are to be attached. The crushed portions are formed and positioned in correspondence with positions of L-shaped brackets. The crushed portions are formed as portions for generating protrusions on a pipe inner surface, and the protrusions serve as a contact supporting point for the high-voltage wire.

A wire harness includes one or a plurality of high voltage conduction paths, each having a high voltage conduction path main body, and a terminal which is provided at an end of the high voltage conduction path main body. The high voltage conduction path main body is formed into a cylindrical shape by spirally winding a metal wire rod and an insulating wire rod, and side end surfaces, which face each other, of the metal wire rod and the insulating wire rod positioned to be adjacent to each other alternately, contact each other.

A wire harness includes a conductive path and a route holding portion that holds a route of the conductive path. The route holding portion has a cylindrical shape and is comprised of a watercrosslinkable fixing member or a photocrosslinkable fixing member having elastic so that the route holding portion is elastically deformed at least in a radial direction thereof.

A shield member includes a metal foil layer and a base layer which have flexibility and are sheet-like or band-like, a bonding layer which bonds the metal foil layer and the base layer, and a cylindrical portion and an overlapping portion which are made by winding and folding the metal foil layer and the base layer so that the metal foil layer is on an inside. The overlapping portion is in a state of being brought down and arranged along the cylindrical portion.

The invention relates to a wiring harness having a plurality of electrical wires and a tubular shielding member capable of accommodating the plurality of electrical wires as a whole therein. The wiring harness includes a plurality of electrical wires; and a tubular shielding member configured to receive the plurality of electrical wires as a whole, and coupled to a shield part of a device side via a tubular terminal portion thereof. The tubular shielding member includes a shielding body portion disposed over a bundled portion in which the plurality of electrical wires is bundled as a whole, and a shielding terminal portion disposed over an enlarged portion which gradually enlarges from the bundled portion in conformity with terminal arrangement of the plurality of electrical wires or a shape of the shield part of the device side, and continuous with at least one end of the shielding body portion. The shielding body portion is formed of metallic film and the shielding terminal portion is formed of braid.

A high-voltage conduction path includes one conductor of a positive electrode conductor and a negative electrode conductor, a first insulator on the outside of the one conductor, the other conductor of the positive electrode conductor and the negative electrode conductor, the other conductor on the outside of the first insulator, and a second insulator on the outside of the other conductor. The other conductor is made of a metal wire material and formed into a cylindrical shape by spirally winding the metal wire material, and portions of the metal wire material positioned to be adjacent to each other contact with each other at side end faces opposed to each other.

A swaging structure is provided with a tubular metal foil member made of metal foil. The half pipe is formed in a substantially roof gutter shape. The half pipe is provided on a cabling target portion of a vehicle floor where the harness main body is cabled and fixed to the vehicle floor with the substantially roof gutter shape.
