A wafer shape metrology system includes a wafer shape metrology sub-system configured to perform one or more stress-free shape measurements on a first wafer, a second wafer, and a post-bonding pair of the first and second wafers. The wafer shape metrology system includes a controller communicatively coupled to the wafer shape metrology sub-system. The controller is configured to receive stress-free shape measurements from the wafer shape sub-system; predict overlay between one or more features on the first wafer and the second wafer based on the stress-free shape measurements of the first wafer, the second wafer, and the post-bonding pair of the first wafer and the second wafer; and provide a feedback adjustment to one or more process tools based on the predicted overlay. Additionally, feedforward and feedback adjustments may be provided to one or more process tools.

System and method for determining post bonding overlay

Compliance inspection system and method. The compliance inspection system includes an interface for at least communicating an inspection assignment to an inspector, wherein the inspection assignment includes an inspection location indicting where an inspection is to occur and for receiving location data related to the inspector. The compliance inspection system also includes a processor executing instructions stored on a memory to analyze the received location data related to the inspector, verify the inspector is at the inspection location based on the analysis of the received location data, and receive inspection documentation related to the inspection from the inspector.

Compliance inspection

A portable ski and ski pole carrier system includes a pair of flexible straps, each having a strap receiver and a strap fastener disposed at opposite ends. The strap receivers are configured to receive the strap fasteners and secure a pair of skis and ski poles within the straps. A handle is attached perpendicularly to the pair of straps and parallel to the pair of skis and ski poles. The ski poles are disposed between a heel binding on one of the pair of skis and a brake lever handle extending from the other of the pair of skis. The loops formed by the straps may be disposed between toe and heel bindings on the pair of skis. The interior of the straps may include a non-slip material to help secure the pair of skis.

Portable ski and ski pole carrier system

A portable ski carrier includes at least one flexible strap having a strap receiver disposed at one end and a strap fastener disposed at the other end. The strap receiver is configured to receive the strap fastener and secure a pair of skis within the strap. A handle is attached to the strap between the ends and disposed perpendicular to the pair of skis. A grip may be disposed about at least a portion of the handle. The grip may include a rubber or foam material and may be rotatably attached to the handle. In another embodiment, the handle is attached to a pair of flexible straps and aligned to the pair of skis. The interior of the strap may include a non-slip material to help secure the pair of skis.

Portable ski carrier

A method for adjusting the wavelength and dominant mode of a laser fiber prior to installation in a laser assembly includes the steps of linearly stretching the laser fiber so as to modify its output wavelength, axially twisting the laser fiber so as to modify its dominant mode, and affixing the laser fiber to a laser assembly in its linearly stretched and axially twisted condition. The laser assembly includes a dynamic tuning mechanism for wavelength adjustment during use. The twisted and stretched fiber has an unadjusted wavelength and dominant mode that are within a selected range before adjustment by the dynamic tuning mechanism.

Method and apparatus for controlling wavelength and dominant mode in fiber lasers

An accessory ski boot protection device which is easily and quickly installed onto the ski boot when needed to walk on surfaces which may damage the soles of the boot, which need to be kept in good condition being that they are a critical component of the total ski binding system. And when the skier easily and quickly removes the ski protection device from the ski boot, and as he or she prepares to re-enter the bindings, he or she may quickly and easily attach the ski protection device on the ski pant leg exterior, one device on one pant leg, and the other device on the other pant leg. Also, features such as walking traction and walking comfort are provided as well as other features which are advantageous over the prior art.

Ski boot auxiliary shield

An auxiliary module for computer apparatus providing the basic function of an organizer as to the slack or excess wad of cord which connects the mouse roll-around input device to the computer. In one form it provides a can-like shell releasably held over an upright spool-like spindle, the shell and spindle being movably and releasably held together for the user to manage the lengthy strip of excess cord, the shell both retaining and concealing the excess cord; and in another embodiment the cord is kept interiorly of a body member by lipped flanges carried by a spindle portion of the body member, all yielding both attractiveness of the work area and avoidance of the bother by the mouse cord as the mouse is manipulated in its use of controlling the computer screen's pointer or curser feature.

Communications auxiliary module

A hard case coin display holder advantageously universal to coin size and shape, especially useful for ancient coins and Spanish pieces-of-eight which are always of irregular size and shape, while holding the coin attractively spatially centered, by at least two flexible transparent spring tension arms, within the protective confines of a quickly and easily assemblable and disassemblable see-through hard case. The present invention leaves much more of the irregularly shaped coin visible in the display than that achieved by opaque resilient rubberlike holed cores, which are the only present universal coin display interiors.
