An axial-flow heat-dissipation fan including a frame and a blade wheel is provided. The frame has an inlet, an outlet, and an inner wall connected between the inlet and the outlet. The inner wall surrounding the blade wheel has at least one rough region. The blade wheel is rotatably disposed in the frame and located between the inlet and the outlet, and an air flows into the frame via the inlet and flows out of the frame via the outlet by rotation of the blade wheel. A gap exists between a blade end of the blade wheel and the inner wall. A laminar flow is generated at the gap when the blade wheel is rotating and the blade end passes through the rough region so as to prevent a backflow generated at the gap, wherein a flowing direction of the backflow is opposite to a flowing direction of the air flow.

Axial-flow heat-dissipation fan

A centrifugal heat dissipation fan including a housing and a blade wheel disposed in the housing is provided. The housing has two inlets on a rotation axial direction of the blade wheel and at least one outlet on a rotation radial direction of the blade wheel. The blade wheel has a hub and a plurality of metal blades disposed and surrounding to the hub. Each of the metal blades has a body, an upper bending plate and a lower bending plate, wherein the upper bending plate and the lower bending plate are movable relative to the body. An including angle of the upper bending plate relative to the body, and an including angle of the lower bending plate relative to the body are changeable along with the rotating speed of the blade wheel.

Centrifugal heat dissipation fan

Provided is a heat dissipation structure, including a conductive member disposed on and thermally coupled to a heat source, a heat pipe including evaporating and condensing parts, a fan disposed in correspondence to the condensing part, and a heat storage component disposed on a circuit board. The evaporating part is disposed on and thermally coupled to the conductive member. The heat source is located between the conductive member and the circuit board. The conductive member is located between the heat pipe and the heat source. The circuit board is located between the heat source and the heat storage component, and is thermally coupled to the heat source. The heat storage component is thermally coupled to the circuit board and is filled with a working medium absorbing heat conducted from the heat source to the circuit board by latent heat of absorption during phase change. An electronic device is also provided.

Heat dissipation structure and electronic device

A thermal module includes a fan and a fin assembly. The fan has an air outlet. The fin assembly has multiple fins, and is disposed to the air outlet of the fan. The fins are disposed side by side to form multiple flow channels. Each of the flow channels has a first inlet, at least one second inlet, and an outlet. In each of the flow channels, a gas flow generated by the fan flows into the flow channel from the first inlet and flows out of the flow channel from the outlet, and a gas flow outside the fin assembly is drawn by the gas flow in the flow channel to flow into the flow channel from the at least one second inlet.

Thermal module

A heat dissipation module used for an electronic device is provided. The electronic device has a heat source. The heat dissipation module includes an evaporator, a plurality of heat conducting components, a pipe connected to the evaporator to form a loop, and a working fluid filled in the loop. An exterior of the evaporator has a heat conducting zone thermally contacted with the heat source to absorb heat generated from the heat source. The heat conducting components are disposed in the evaporator, located at an interior of the evaporator corresponding to the heat conducting zone. The heat conducting components are in pillar shape or rib shape respectively. The working fluid in liquid passes through the evaporator, absorbs heat, and is transformed into vapor to flow out of the evaporator. Each of the heat conducting components in rib shape is oriented in a flow direction of the working fluid.

Thermal dissipation module

Provided is a centrifugal heat dissipation fan including a housing and an impeller. The impeller is disposed in the housing. The impeller has a hub and multiple blades disposed surrounding the hub. Every two adjacent blades have different blade structures relative to the housing such that the blade structures pass by a fixed position of the housing and generate blade tones of varying frequencies when the impeller rotates.

A graphics card including a circuit board module, a first heat dissipation fin, and a pair of fans is provided. The circuit board module includes a circuit board and a heat source. The circuit board has first to fourth sides surrounding the heat source. The first and second sides are opposite sides. The third and fourth sides are opposite sides. The first heat dissipation fin is in thermal contact with the heat source and has multiple channels communicating with the first to fourth sides. The fans disposed on the first and second sides respectively have first flow outlets facing the first heat dissipation fin and generate flows towards the first heat dissipation fin through the first flow outlets. The flows meet and squeeze in the channels to form turbulent flows and flow out of the graphics card through the third and fourth sides respectively. A computer host is also provided.

Graphics card and computer host

A centrifugal heat dissipation fan of a portable electronic device. The centrifugal heat dissipation fan includes a hub, multiple metal blades, and at least one ring. The metal blades are disposed surrounding the hub. The metal blades include multiple radial dimensions, and the structure of the metal blade with a shorter radial dimension is a part of the structure of the metal blade with a longer radial dimension. The metal blades having different radial dimensions form at least two ring areas, and the distribution numbers of the metal blades in the at least two ring areas are different from each other. The ring surrounds the hub and connects the metal blades.

Centrifugal heat dissipation fan of portable electronic device

A graphic card assembly includes a bracket, a graphic card module, a first fin set, a centrifugal fan, a second fin set, a heat pipe set and an axial flow fan. The graphic card module is assembled to the bracket and has at least one heat source. The first fin set and the second fin set are assembled to the bracket and the first fin set thermally contacts the heat source. The centrifugal fan is disposed beside the first fin set to generate a first air flow dissipating heat from the first fin set. The heat pipe set contacts the heat source. The axial flow fan is disposed on the second fin set to generate a second air flow dissipating heat from the second fin set. The first air flow and the second air flow are separated from each other, and the second air flow passes through the bracket and the graphic card module.

Graphics card assembly

A heat dissipation system of an electronic device including a body, a plurality of heat sources disposed in the body, and at least one centrifugal heat dissipation fan disposed in the body is provided. The centrifugal heat dissipation fan includes a housing and an impeller disposed in the housing on an axis. The housing has at least one inlet on the axis and has a plurality of outlets in different radial directions, and the plurality of outlets respectively correspond to the plurality of heat sources.

Heat dissipation system of electronic device

A centrifugal heat dissipation fan including a hub, a frame, and double-layer fan blade sets is provided. The double-layer fan blade sets surround the hub and are arranged along a radial direction at an inner layer and an outer layer. A gap is maintained along the radial direction between the fan blade set located at the inner layer and the fan blade set located at the outer layer. The frame is connected to the hub and the fan blade set located at the outer layer.

A heat dissipation system of portable electronic device includes a body, at least one fan and at least one spacing member. At least one heat source of the portable electronic device is arranged in the body. The fan is a centrifugal fan disposed in the body. The fan has at least one flow inlet located in the axial direction and at least one flow outlet located in the radial direction. The spacing member is disposed on at least one of the body or the fan to form a stratified air flow in the body along the axial direction. The stratified air flows into the fan through the flow inlet and out of the fan through the flow outlet respectively.

Heat dissipation system of portable electronic device

A vapor chamber structure for heat dissipation of a heat source is provided. The vapor chamber structure includes a housing having a heat absorption side and a heat dissipation side, a first capillary structure disposed in the housing, and a working fluid filled in the housing. The first capillary structure is formed into cavities isolated from each other, and each of the cavities is connected between the heat absorption side and the heat dissipation side. Heat generated by the heat source is absorbed by the heat absorption side, thereby transforming the working fluid from liquid state to vapor state. The working fluid in the vapor state is transmitted to the heat dissipation side via the cavities, and is transformed to the liquid state while the heat is dissipated. The working fluid in the liquid state returns to the heat absorption side via the first capillary structure.

Vapor chamber structure

A centrifugal heat dissipation fan including a housing and an impeller is provided. The housing has at least one inlet disposed along an axis and at least one first outlet and a second outlet located in different radial directions, wherein the first outlet and the second outlet are opposite to and separated from each other. The impeller is disposed in the housing along the axis. A heat dissipation system of an electronic device is also provided.

Centrifugal heat dissipation fan and heat dissipation system of electronic device

A cycling heat dissipation module suited for dissipating heat generated from a heat source is provided. The cycling heat dissipation module includes an evaporator, a condenser, and a micro/nano-structure. The evaporator is thermal contacted with the heat source to absorb heat generated therefrom. The condenser is connected to the evaporator to form a loop, and a working fluid is filled in the loop. The working fluid in liquid state is transformed to vapor state by absorbing heat in the evaporator, and the working fluid in vapor state is transformed to liquid state by dissipating heat in the condenser. The micro/nano-structure is disposed in the condenser to destroy a boundary layer of the working fluid while passing through the condenser.
