As a result, the light emission unitapplies laser lightto a junctionbetween the resin pipeand the resin memberwhile revolving around the junction. This makes it easy to fuse and join the entire outer circumferential surface of the resin pipewith the entire inner circumferential surface of the resin member, which are variously shaped and sized.
