Patent №: 11681225 (June 20, 2023) – Silver patterning and interconnect processes.

This method involves forming a semiconductor structure. It includes depositing a hard mask layer on a substrate and then depositing a silver precursor layer on top of the hard mask layer. Next, specific portions of the silver precursor layer are exposed to radiation, which reduces silver ions in those areas. Finally, the non-irradiated parts of the silver precursor layer are removed, leaving behind multiple silver seed structures.
