A UE selects a random access preamble and transmits it with a matching payload format and resource unit, based on configured rules, using time, frequency, or code domain multiplexing.

Patent №: 12309827 – Collision handling. A UE detects overlap between two uplink channels, combines the transmissions into one payload, and sends it on a single channel, which is then received by the base station.

Patent №: 12309825 – Generating coordination information for sidelink communications. A wireless device determines signal strength and priority for a sidelink resource, generates coordination info, and sends it in a control message (e.g., MAC-CE or sidelink control info) to another device.

Patent №: 12309821 – Systems and methods for providing physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) performance feedback. A UE tracks missing and successful PDCCH transmissions and sends a performance indicator to the base station based on this decoding data.

Patent №: 12309817 – Pre-emption indication for full duplex communications. A UE receives full duplex resource configuration and a pre-emption notice from a base station, identifies the available resources, and communicates using those remaining resources.

Patent №: 12309877 – Sidelink discovery procedure. A UE uses a discovery preamble or control info to identify resources and exchange sidelink discovery messages with another UE, sometimes without preamble or control signaling.

Patent №: 12309798 – Transmission of uplink data at start of fixed frame period in frame based equipment mode. A UE receives an uplink grant in a first fixed frame period and transmits data in the first part of a subsequent fixed frame period based on that grant.

Patent №: 12309796 – Applying unified transmission configuration indication states to signals or channels associated with control resource set pool index values. A UE receives MAC-CEs listing multiple TCI codepoints linked to TCI states or CORESET pools, then receives DCIs indicating which codepoints to use.

Patent №: 12309789 – Techniques for multiplexing uplink control information on uplink channel repetitions. A UE schedules aperiodic CSI uplink transmissions using multiple SRS resource sets and may multiplex an overlapping uplink control message with these transmissions before sending them together.

Patent №: 12309727 – Techniques for rate matching order for orthogonal time frequency space multiplexing. A wireless device generates an OTFS waveform by mapping data to a delay-Doppler grid, arranging symbols column-by-column to keep them close to a channel estimation block occupying some rows, improving estimation accuracy.
