Patent №: 12088297 (September 10, 2024) – Majority gate based low power ferroelectric based adder with reset mechanism.

The adder uses majority gates where a 3-input gate provides the carry and feeds into a 5-input gate for the sum. Multiple 1-bit adders form an N-bit adder. Input signals drive non-ferroelectric capacitors, creating a majority node connected to a non-linear polar capacitor for output. A reset mechanism initializes the capacitor before addition.

Patent №: 12087730 (September 10, 2024) –Multi-input threshold gate having stacked and folded planar capacitors with and without offset. The configuration stacks and folds capacitors around a shared common node. Capacitors are divided into layers, connected by a common electrode, and placed on both sides of the node. They can be planar, non-planar, or replaced by memory elements.

Patent №: 12086410 (September 10, 2024) –Ferroelectric memory chiplet in a multi-dimensional packaging with I/O switch embedded in a substrate or interposer. The ferroelectric memory chiplet package has three connected dies: one with a switch, one with a processor, and one with a memory buffer using ferroelectric memory. The dies are bonded using methods like micro-bumps or copper hybrid bonding.

Patent №: 12089252 (September 10, 2024) – Method and apparatus for filtering PPDU in wireless communication system. This example describes a technique for filtering a PPDU in a WLAN system. An STA receives an NGV PPDU with two control fields. It filters the PPDU using the second control field and defers channel access based on the first control field.
